    You need to measure from the block to the throw out bearing face , and on the gearbox side from the belhousimg block mating surface to the throw out bearing and figure out what is going on.

    I'm with you, and have bought an electric cutout. Not fitted yet as I am concerned about the heat ruining it. Considering you would mount it right at the front of the exhaust, not at th back like a varex. Was going to do some weird mods to add a heat shield to it.

    I have toyed with the idea of using an arduino to control them. Quite easy to set timers and windows etc to give the correct control.

    Machine out the spline so it is the same as the original pulley.

    Hoses in the second picture are what goes to the factory boost control valve and wastegate.

    You really should narrow down your power goal. There is a massive difference between 350 and 450 kw.

    No. It won't make boost just revving. Take it for a drive.

    Trust me. Have you never seen boost gauges that also show vacuum? You measure the boost in the inlet manifold.

    First photo is where you want to put it. Turbos don't make boost free revving
