Yeh I dont mind the odd one or two but when it gets to the point when every single traffic lights some guy wants to drag is just nuts. And the whole admiring thing yeh it can be true in some aspects but some guys it there little 4 bangers actually think they can kick your ass and want to drag you for a challenge. like someone else says i dont drag. not into it to lose my licence i just love driving my skyline and giving it hard for my own pleasure not someone elses.

Just last night I had a ford meteor, Vr commodore,Nissan pulsar,Gli civic and a lancer wanting to race. I finally got the shits with the lancer and just wasted him but how annoying I bought my car to enjoy cruising not to race. If i wanna race i'll go wakefield or eastern creek.

I swear to god I cant go out and have a nice decent drive without idiots wanting to race!! Its stupid you get guys in little corollas and little cars wanting to drag you and they get all excited when I dont even try because they think they win. Just shits me thats all. anyone else out there feel the same. The thing is my Skyline is like probably the only stock GTS-T R33 out there probs where im going wrong but I like keeping my car original not to many mods but im thinking of doing some simple mods to get some extra power atleast an exhaust so people see my car isnt so bone stock probs why they try to race me to begin with. I just thought i would share my annoyance and see what everyone else thinks

Hey is the silencer on a exhaust that ugly restrictor thing that you see if you look inside the cannon?? There ugly man and ive seen a few exhausts with them. Are they removable??

Hey ive been told I need to replace or machine my front brake disc rotors. Is machining beneficial?? How much do front brake disc rotors cost?? Are the easy to install yourself? I have a series 2 R33.

I dont like the sound of this cutting business. Dont tell me if you by a bolt on kit you need to cut the fan to install it. Doesnt that defeat the purpose of a bolt on kit??

So whats the point of a FMIC if it overheats your car?? i can see a debate starting now

Is the exhaust still in good working order? Just asking because the muffler and resonator have dents on them. Just asking as the price seems really good for a fully functioning cat back system. If everything is sweet, reply with your number as your in sydney i'll come down and give you $270 up front and take it off your hands. Cheers

Noticable overheating?? I thought the whole point of the FMIC was to decrease heat?? How can you get overheating when adding a FMIC????

yeh but the thing is i know people who have moderate mods and have raised boost slightly with tuning and bang engine gone!!!!! I dont really want that.

No I havent Paid for any of this yet. Im still asking questions to make sure I dont shove it all on my car and then start having probs. Im alittle confused now. Your saying I should look at a piggyback system and boost controller. I was under the impression I wouldnt need a Piggyback system for A FMIC,Exhaust and panel filter or do I need one now???. This is why Im asking so I dont do the wrong thing. Im not intending to go for a full rebuild and make my car as fast as most of you guys. All I want is the exhaust for the sound and power,FMIC cause I love the look of it and power once again and a panel filter for that extra power and induction noise while still using the standard air box. Funny enough Im not interested in boosting the car because by having the exhaust system the turbo is more efficient and I get a couple more PSI anyways and that would be heaps for me so I dont want a boost controller. But do I need a piggyback like the S AFC or power FC for these 3 mods or is the factory ECU capable of dealing with this comfortably?? Ive been told the ECU can "self learn" and detect the new mods and manage them. Thank Again for your responses this is great.

Sweeet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cant wait!! Oh yeh I was doing a little reading and in a hot 4 mag it was saying having a Large FMIC can cause overheating as the radiator is being denied cool air . Whats everyones opinion on that. As my last silly question at what stage do I need to look at Upgrading ECU,Pumps and all the other fun stuff???
