went out last weekend to some racing with some other photo peeps and tested some ways of doing motion blur...in my previous post above i used too fast a shutter speed, which basically 'stopped' any motion effects.....well i think this ones a bit better!! thing is, trying to get a lot of 'motion blur' without actually blurring the car will take a few attempts at different shutter speeds...one of the guys was using a canon with one of those HUGE 'L' series 400mm lenses,(the grey ones) and he got the same effect using 1/90...were as i used 1/125..both on iso 100. just needs a lot of practice!!!

undo the plastic panel under your steering column and look at your ignition barrel..one of the wires is for the accessories, use one of those red 'clip' inline joiners to attach and "bingo" job done!

haha..yes sub box's not secured yet.so i know what you mean...bangbangbash etc... will be done when mate can get car in!.....and there will be a fill panel from the subs to the rear of seat so as to cover up the wheel well, make it all look like a continuous panel. oh the grey carpet ?? my mate works for Straithfield audio and this is what they have in there install section...nice of him to use it for moi! eh! AND i also got a 2farad cap in aswell...but didnt take a pic yet..also got LED's and some strobe lights coming soon (HK) so when it's all in i'll get some more pics and maybe even a vid (youtube) of it all working!!

well i put a gauge in line just after the front filter/before the rail and it shows 30ish psi at idle and @ 50 at revs....dont know if thats near stock but looks ok!? was also told that it may be my 'MINES' ecu...as it has been played with when they fixed a broken circuit..soooo may need to try a standard ecu??

fantastic turnout!!, when i got to the city i thought i'd step onto the set of "fast&furious - skyline division"!! hahahahha only 20 or so got to midland..too cold/too far/too foggy.. oh well most of the pics i took didn't turn out so good (i hate night shots, bring on da day cruise!)..but i'll put up the ones that look good small! yes, all those little heads were there for the cruise..bout 100+cars????

old stereo... new speaker on left..old one on right.........................new splits doors done..........................stereo in rear shelf in with new speakers..!!

old speakers.................................................................rear shelf left one is "adjusted", right is original.. .................... empty back seat thru to boot.. of course the first thing i did!!..................................... left is new, right is old. and i'll lose my spare tyre too.. oh well!!

ok, BIG stuff happening. spent the weekend stripping the interior and fitting the gear.boot has been redone with grey fabric and rear parcel shelf re-done in black fabric to contrast with the grey/silver, and also with MDF cut to fit (with cut-outs for the rear wiper). head unit in and now centered (standard was off to the left (?), plus doors done...pics to follow when image shack works!! edit: stuff it...went to photobucket instead! HA!. Remember...this is a limited money project...i could use vinyl, or something more bling worthy...plus lots of LED's etc...but this is to show what ANY one can do on a tight budget. (well kinda tight). AND this is stage 1..just get it in and working.........later down the track the boot will be upgraded to something more show worthy!!

how about head south to bunbury??? lotsa cars down that way. we could connect up with them, they can show us were they go for fun!??!....why nth all the time??

think i'll go just to take some pics!!! but cant do volunteer work as i'll prob be running around with camera....oh well oops. just saw were it will be going...maybe a bit too far north.. pity it wasn't sth this year. bugga.

I actually bought mine (DSLR) off e-blah thru Digital rev, a few photog's have used them and all are happy. they come from Hong Kong but usually arrive within 5 days after dispatch!! not bad considering mine cost around $1100.. and if you buy thru Paypal you get insurance etc... all good!
