I can't seem to to crack that 10/100 barrier. Get close sometimes, about 11/ 100 is about the best I've seen.

G'day all. Just wondering what other GTR owners are getting fuel economy wise on a highway trip. Forget about mixed driving/powering around/granny driving, just want to know to expect on a trip. Why needlessly waste fuel tooling along a boring radar plagued piece of highway if I can use less. I have had a PFC installed and tuned and fitted new O2 sensors, so, just wondering.

G'day blokes, Changed my GTR 33 sensors 2 months ago. Cost me $339 for the pair from Nissan(genuine at trade price). I went through the long drawn out process of looking, phoning and eventually talking to technical specialists at most aftrmarket places for replacements. No luck, not made for direct fittment.

Have been thinking about installing an oil filter relocation kit on my R33 GTR as I am sick of getting oil over everything and the pain it is to get to the filter. Is it worth buying a full kit and putting in an oil cooler at the same time? Will a cooler be detrimental (Oil too cool) for road only use, no track work ?

Has anyone had experience using , or opinions on Mobil 1 Extended Performance 15W-50 in GTR's? A mate of mine runs it in a 928 Porshe and swears by it. Any opinions on how it would rate against Castrol R 10w-60 ?

Thanks Richard. Yep a GTR. How and where do you change the setting to closed loop? What effect will only running on one good and onr=e stuffed O2 sensor make?

G'day, R33 GTR Coopers Shoot, near Byron Bay

I have just had a Power FC fitted and tuned in my R33 GTR, and even though the tuner said he would keep it "lean" at cruising revs, it now uses more fuel than on its original computer. Flicking through the menus on the Power FC hand controller, its shows readings for the two O2 sensors. Deeper in the menu there appears to be a setting for O2 and a Japanese character. My questions that someone may be able to answer for me are 1) should both the O2 sensor reading be active with the motor running as only one of mine seems to register ?( a stuffed O2 sensor?) 2) can you set a Power FC to run closed loop and help low throttle cruise consumption? Any help greatly accepted.

G'day Daniel, I'm looking for a twin setup for my R33 GTR, along the lines or equivalent to 2530's. What turbo's would you advise and how much? The car is fairly stock, cat back, pods, and about to insatall a Power FC.
