The Super ITC works with the SAFC and allows timing to be controlled where i believe the SAFC only does fuel.

Hi there. No i havent as yet been down the quarter. You should get some good gains once the SAFC is tuned. But you will still have the issues of timing. I was getting an awfull holding back feeling from 10psi before the SAFC (like someone has applied the handbrake slightly), which is the rich and retard thingy i believe. SAFC fixed it nicely with a 25kw gain as well.

Only because i already had the SAFC i purchased the SITC due to tight arse issues. The best advise i can give to you as many would i think agree is that: If i didnt have neither the SAFC or ITC i would have saved up for a power fc. Trust me this is the way to go. Do not bother with an SAFC ITC.

Hi Leech. Not sure on the AFR's as i assumed this would have been on the print out. It only seems to show the boost levels (not bad turbotech controler). Before and after as in power output only minimal as it was more for the sorting out timing issues. But as previously said the power is much more smooth and nicer to drive. Also the drive home didnt have any pinging issues which is always good. I am interested to see whether or not pinging is present during the warmer days?

Hi Paul. Since the SITC upgrade yesterday i must say it does feel alot smoother right through as apposed to just the SAFC alone.

Hi there. As the title says i had the SITC tuned on my R33 GTST along with the retune of the SAFC. Personally i was hoping for a bit more but Nigel said the car with it's current mods is about spot on. He also made a good point in saying he could always have acheived a higher result, but do you want a good safe tuneor an unsafe tune. Mods are Walbro 255lt pump, full exhaust, FMIC, SAFC-SITC combo and standard turbo running 12 psi using the turbotech controler. Cheers

no not really in my opinion.

I got a mongoose 60 series fitted roughly 12 months ago and no probs. Recently bought a timer and rang the guy who fitted it to see if it can be done. He said no worries. Anyway spent an hour on it as he had to remove the dash to connect all the functions that the Greddy timer comes with. On the alarm module he just flicked a switch for the timer. He also upped the sensativity by turning it with a small screw driver. So now when the car turns off about ten seconds later beps once and all done. By the way he charged me $80 to fit the timer ( that was come to me ). Also a friend with a R33 has the same one as does my dad, all fitted by the same guy. Alarm is normally $300 supply and fit, but for the R33 was $350 as he had to fit a central locking motor to one door so both would open with the pager. His details are Mode auto electrical. Try fitting 7x10 as i did without cutting any metal. It's a very squeezy fit as i made a 12mm MDF shelf using another 12mm piece as a spacer.
