  1. I have been bipolar but this is for sale now and I want it gone. This is garaged and rarely driven, it was going to be a project so everything that looked suss has been looked at. This includes cv boots being replaced in the last month. Price is slightly negotiable!
  2. Now with pfc and ebc making a conservative 238awkw. Make an offer this is a clean car that hasn't been molested.
  3. Ill check the standard ECU this weekend, good idea Any idea how long yours primes for?
  4. I was actually looking at some r34 gtr s-tunes that were for sale but I couldn't find a definitive answer if they would fit my r33 gtr. Also I spotted a white r33 gtr in merewether during the week, at the round about near souths........nice looking car!
  5. Hi, I know there has been alot of topics about bleeding the attessa system and various errors but I cant seem to find the answer I am after. I have recently had the CV boots changes and a PFC installed (shouldnt be relevant) on my r33 GTR, since then I have noticed the priming time first thing in the morning has increased. It can take 15seconds to shut off. Not 4wd lights and no issues but just concerned it may need bleeding. I have checked and topped up the reservoir. Really just need to know if changing CV can leak fluid and require attessa system to be bled (I am clearly no mechanic)? and what the normal prime time is? Thanks, Dean
  6. Yeah that thought has crossed my mind but anything aftermarket look strange at stock height (IMO). I am still deciding if I want it lowered I am not sold on the look of the BBS wheels, I suppose I would consider something like volks as a swap +cash either way but that would lock in coilovers to lower it.
  7. 2piece 17inch lm073 in gold If anyone has anything pm me to save hijacking general thread
  8. Got my GTR back over the weekend with PFC fitted and tuned, its a different car! What I expected the GTR to be like in the first place, its only making 238kw (standard injectors running out) but seems a lot more responsive. On a side not I am considering swapping/selling the bbs lm wheels instead of painting, I dont suppose anyone has a standard set of r33 GTR wheels they want to get rid of? I'll post something in WTB later but hoping for something local!
  9. Thanks for the advice. I did consider making more changes but budget and trying to figure out what my plan is means that a couple of small changes now and then probably wait for the inevitable bang before doing more. On a side note I am looking to change the color of the BBS LM rims, do you guys have an experience with anyone locally? I may just do it myself but if there is someone good then lazyness will prevail.
  10. haha yeah, probably should have explained that.............I know the standard boost solenoid does its job, but keen on running a low boost and hi boost with appropriate tune. I may have been misled but a few people have said running -7's can see boost spikes with standard ECU and solenoid.............and its a neat excuse for the wife anyways!
  11. Only mods are -7's, xforce dumps (I was told this is helpful when changing turbos), upgraded fuel pump and splitfire coilpacks (prob don't count as a mod). It doesn't feel as responsive since the turbo changes and I am concerned about running these with standard ECU and boost control. The only reason I have made any changes was due to the possible failure of the ceramic turbos and everything else has kind of flowed on. It is getting a PFC and Greddy profec-b tomorrow. After this I plan on keeping it as stock as possible, well for a while at least Edited boost control reference
  12. I will keep an eye on any beers (if its an open invite ) My car is off to Nathan @ Newcastle Dyno tomorrow for a tune and boost controller! Not expecting numbers much different than standard but hoping to get a mid range improvement.
  13. Yeah i wouldn't say mine is a shining example but it is/was unmolested which was the hard part to find! Have you seen my car around?
  14. Hey Guys, I have been on the forums for a while and had planned on saying hi earlier but have been a bit bipolar as to whether I was selling or keeping my 95 R33 GTR VSPEC. My car is pretty standard save for a set of -7's and an upcoming PFC/EBC install. I plan on keeping things pretty simple with the car, keeping it fairly stock and clean (as clean as I can) Anyway if you guys are planning a cruise or a brew (I am in Merewether) let me know. Cheers, Dean
