Hi guys. This weekend i will be removing my RB20DET from my 32. Can anyone give me any tips on how to use the engine crane and how i should lift it out from the engine bay? Any precautions i should consider? What is the best location on the engine to fit the chains? Thanks

Dood i don't think he was being full on serious about it. We all love our cars in that special way regardless of what they are. It's like having a gf man, you think she's the most beautiful thing in the world..... but sometimes when ur walking down at scarborough beach at lunch time on a 40 degree day in the middle of summer and look around at some of the talent, you might rethink some of those thoughts! hahaha Either way, Tom's R31 is without a doubt one of the finest around, the photo far from justifys it. If he thinks it's the greatest - then so be. We are all entitled to our opinions.... Whether it be Whales or Fridges that you love... at least we have the R32 to save us. hahaha!!! Free bump. This is a good buy. R32's are beginning to thin out with our import laws potentially changing, we might not see many around in the near future.

Nah, the beamer is a few grand more. (22-25k). It's not the money thats the issue, it's the type of car. I'll no longer have boost. But then i just look at the beamers and it seems like a good excuse to move on. Just tired of seeing so many P platers driving around in skylines etc, and the image that is being created. The cops just wont stop targeting anyone that drives one.

Pentae, the difference between a 325i and a 318i is quite significant (4cyl 1.8ltr vs 6cyl 2.5ltr). Both can hardly be compared. I am only interested in the 325i.

The catch is i already own the R32. I am considering a change as the cash flow is due to improve greatly. I wouldnt bother going for a GTR at this stage, just so sick of problems.
