  1. Hi guys I am searching for a genuine R32 GTS-T Type M front bumper in any colour (as pictured below). Please pm me if you can help.
  2. Ok guys, in my quest to achieve a 290-300rwhp, 12 second 1/4 mile in my R32 GTS-T using only street tyres, my current plan of attack consists of the following modifications (some of which i already have on the car): Full turbo back 3" exhaust with high flow cat. GT2530 HKS Air pod Hybrid 600x300x75 FMIC Bosch 040 450hp fuel pump Fuel regulator Tuned ROM Decent clutch and lightened flywheel Some further considerations for the run: Removing the rear seats for weight reduction, 1/4 tank of fuel, bottle of octane boost, stripping my boot completely and the driver (me) have a light breakfast and skip lunch. - Questions: 1. What street tyres will be the bare minimum size needed? I would like to to do the run using the standard gts-t wheels. Is it possible on 205/55's? 2. This is the most worrying aspect of my car, i have TEIN HE coilovers which are VERY stiff, is it possible to get traction and make the 12 with such firm coil overs? 3. What boost level would be most recommended for the run? Some have said 16psi, some have said 18psi.... - If anyone can give me some experience based advice, recommendations or answers to my questions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
  3. Hey TORETTO, not everyone races, some people drift?
  4. Sell the parts champ. Ppl will buy em instantly.
  5. Got any pics of it on ur car?
  6. Ok, here's the situation. A good friend of mine is buying a new car, that has had nearly every modification on the planet done to it. He has asked me my opinion of whether he should buy it or not, whilst i do appreciate it's a great car, i couldnt say that it's what i'd really recommend for him to do - or something i would do myself, as he's previously had 2 other fully completed cars which have gone bad for him (not that all completed cars go bad) and he's always wanted to start off fresh. I dunno, i feel that building up a car, doing your own big or small modifications and little touches here and there is what makes it YOUR car? This certain car is soon to be in some magazines as the owner has basically completed the project, so i think allot of people will always look at it as so and so's car. I myself have always bought stock (or as close as possible to stock) to build up to scratch, and basically never let a workshop touch mine unless it's serious tuning or something i have no idea about so i feel inclined to give my friend the opinion that is he should buy something closer to stock and build to represent himself as the car build up journey is always the most fun (well sometimes not!! haha). I know that he does want to have a car that represents who he is, i do think he's a little scared of.. how should i put this... "driving a slow car to begin with" if you know what i mean, as he always seems to want to chop everything the easy way. Eg, buying a car with instant huge hp. I do believe that my opinion will influence his decision to buy or what not, as he keeps asking me if he should do it or not, i don't want to be a prick friend and give my buyist advice. What do you guys reckon? p.s yes, i am bored at work haha.
  7. Are you willing to part with the front bar and side skirts?
  8. Aye guys, we all know this is not SILVIASAUSTRALIA.COM but we have allot of hybrid buddys coming on here in search of parts, so i thought i would try help out one of my mates to find a set of coilovers for his 180sx. If anyone out there can help...
  9. I just want to say that i chose Trent from TKO window tinting to do my R32 and i cannot recommend his work and attitude as anything lower than excellent. The window tint is ace and his prices are great. Don't hesitate calling him if you need tint. WWW.TKOTINTING.COM
  10. Whilst the SR20DET might respond a little quicker to mods, and be easier to find. In my opinion, you cannot beat the sound of a roaring RB on the limiter and the much nicer interior the GTS-T has to offer. I suggest you take both of them for a drive... Both are very good cars, it'll be a hard decision! Good luck! :headspin:
  11. Cool, thanks for all the help guys. I think the strut brace will be fine. I'll keep an eye out for any rubbing.
  12. So this is a hybrid kit for a GTS-T 32? Includes piping etc?
  13. Ok, i bought a CUSCO ST Strut Brace and i have a feeling it's a little to close to the plenum for comfort. I've attached a few pics..
  14. That my friend, is why i do not have comprehensive insurance. Don't go without 3rd party though. I hear the bumpers on a 7 series BMW are worth as much as some of our cars.
  15. Geeez, Osbourne park is getting pretty dodgy these days
  16. It's a manual with std ecu and afm.
  17. Rang up the add's from the quokka. Bumpers sold! Still searching...
  18. I think it is. lol, it's not a stupid question dood.
  19. The position in which my blow off valve is mounted has made me curious as to whether i am suffering a loss of any power, or perhaps it is incorrectly mounted? I have seen many bov's mounted in place of the stock plumb back. I know the car previously had a FMIC, although they removed it hence the different coloured piping which they used to replace. Should i get the blow off valve relocated to the plumb backs position and replace the piping with stock pipes? Is there any effect on performance? FMIC and custom piping is not far down the track, but this is more to solve my curiosity. Thanks
  20. Remove that wing son. The son of rajab will never forgive you if it remains... Your GTR might fly off to the heavens..
  21. Can anyone recommend a good place in Perth to get my Skyline windows tinted? Would be great to find someone who does weekend work. Cheers
  22. Hey guys, im still searching for one. I went to check out the GTS-T bumper that Ken offered, but sadly it was a series 1 item, which is the bumper i currently have on my vehicle. Soooo if anyone has a series 2 gts-t standard bumper (as per photographs above) please get in contact with me! Thank you
