I wouldn't be worried. Seems normal from what I've personally seen. And a quick skim through some old temp threads shows anywhere from 70'C-105'C to be normal. Obviously depending on your location and season. Something to think about - With no fans and bonnet shut in the sun at idle, my temps seem to progressivly slow down once they get over 95'C. Takes roughly 10mins to get to 110'C

Just had a look through some of my logs. Summer driving around without too much traffic sees anywhere from 70-85'C Summer during stop start 80-92'C Summer while setting up anti lag and launch control 85-93'C Thermo fans, 42mm rad, Penrite coolant. Using the factory ecu temp sensor to adaptronic. Fmic. Fans turn on at 90'C and turn off at 86'C I remember a mates NEO used to sit around 95'C during summer. The defi alarm would go off every now and then (100'C?). Stock rad, unknown coolant with a fmic. How well calibrated is your coolant temp sensor @brodielezgt That seems like a very low temp for std rad @dyl33

Take it back and get them to have a look at it. Send them an email about your problems, be legible, dot points etc. They will probably ask you to come in and they will go over the whole car. -

Putting new threads in my whiteline camber arms. -
I meant social media as a whole. There's hundreds of groups like gtr parts, buy swap sell gtr, skyline sales, etc. I'm only a part of a few selected groups and see 32R shells and completes pop up every so often. More often then not it's someone who has blown the engine and can't afford to fix it. When i said 'plenty through other avenues' this does not mean right this very second, this means that they pop up in my feed. They pop up enough for me to write in here and give my view. Don't forget about word of mouth, I'm sure most who have contemplated selling their car would if the opportunity arose for an easy transaction. There seems to be a bit of a fence in the car market. The ones who do the dealership and carsales thing, and the others who do the social media thing. The price gaps between the two are evident. If you're on social media like facebook, Bob I'd be happy to add you to the groups i am apart of.

Whiteline snapped rear upper arm
Trex replied to Trex's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Got sent some replacements. Which is great of them. Duncan, I've been thinking about this today and yes traction rods are needed with the amount I am trying to push the top of the wheel out. Essentially I've forced in a bar and its been under force because the traction arm cannot be adjusted. Wouldn't be surprised if those bushes have flogged out quicker than they should have. Is this on the right track? -

Yep the smooth section is dead vertical on the bottom. I did notice the bush was captive in the mount. You could pull the arm down and it would fling back into place horizontally how it was installed. In the back of my mind I thought the sleeve should protrude and be the main contact but thought whiteline would know more than myself. I will have to grease these sections of the bush and get some lock nuts. I will have to take a video and send it to them. They suggested I need their traction rods to help aid in the stress lol. I can't see how this will help at all when the new traction rod will be the exact same length and stock. -
The start of an epic journey, Tom! Lets not beat around the bush, a 3.4 is the way to go

I couldn't tell you. They look cut to me. I was thibkjust by maybe at full droop and back to compression may be the cause. Is that what your saying? They will have to be routinely checked now. -

Whiteline has come to the party and sent me a replacement rod today. No more stance life. The smooth bit is completely smooth. It starts at the very first thread from the centre nut. Either a machining defect or stress over a long period of time. Whiteline hasn't given me an answer yet though. -
