That's like most companies. Your phone provider does the same thing. If you call and talk through things they will always give you a better deal. Have competitors websites open with their quotes so you can tell them what they will do. Bring up that you have been a member for so many years and have multiple polices etc.

The prices for a closed door respray can go from 2,000 to 8,000 depending on what you want and how you want it finished. You're better off going in and seeing business in person. No good panel beater will give you an exact quote over the phone. Who knows what needs to be done, could need to go back to bare metal etc

The coils came with the car and were one of the trial sets that were purchased from you when you first started testing the water, so yes they came from you. I'm sure if you headed to WSID or SMSP or Wakefield etc, someone may be willing to give them a go and they can truly be tested under stress. Do you have brake shims? 41080-40P25 - 33GTST - ~$120 41080-40P26 - Z34 - $60 41080-40P27 - 32R - $75 They're all essentially the same kit, the 33 has half plates while the 32R and Z32 have full sized plates. I found some wrx sumitomo shims that were cheaper again. I can't see these being a problem are they're the same size caliper with the same sized pad? You can also buy project mu shims, but they're just 0.5mm sticky pad with rubber at ~$80. I went with standard hardware as skylines didn't sqeak from the factory and the plates can be bent a little to add more tension on the pad to the piston.

Instead of taking this on board, you told me i would have to send the pipe back to china to get a refund... It's a product you stock, which i bought off you. It is your responsibility as a supplier to take these matters on board. 4 years ago i had your coilpacks which melted, you said because i didn't have a receipt anymore, i cannot get a refund. The coils were only ~1-2yrs old at the time, i know this because of the release date which was 5-6 years ago. At the time you had a 2 year warranty on them. Your way of 'addressing' the problem is palming it off to the manufacturer. I really hope your business ethic has changed in the last 3 years. It would be great to see yellow jackets competing with splitfires and genuine nissan items, they would be an affordable substitute that i believe most would head towards. But they need to be proven first. Sending a few sets out to people who are pushing their cars, like john and jaq is a great way to see first hand results on how your revised item is holding up.
