  1. Depends if the other side want's to start spinning or not. They usually have a mind of their own. It won't step out if only one wheel is losing traction.
  2. with both rear wheels off the ground, turn one. If both wheels rotate in the same direction it has an lsd.
  3. I couldn't disagree more... Read my above post.
  4. I set mine up in my backyard... they were both spot on 7deg when we put it on the aligner lol

    R32 parts

    thread moved to wtb section
  6. Moved your topic. Someone should be able to help you out in this area
  7. This is very true. Also most of the cars are stock which plays a big part
  8. This sounds like a recipe for disaster. The amount of time it will take you to get over 180 in the v36, you'd need a run way.
  9. Mate you'd be surprised... The canadian stagea owners swear by YJ's and the shit Autobahn88 sell... You can lead a horse to water... Aaand, i never did get my refund or replacements for my 6 coils melting.
  10. My brake setup is way overkill for what i do with the car. Braided lines, bmc stopper, soft cross over pads, t3 rotors, etc. The pedal is still soft with the bm50. You do get used to it though.and the soft pads help bite early so it gives you the impression the pedal travel isn't as bad.
  11. I used nismo 33 lines on my fronts. And the bmc stopper is also a 33 one, you'd be surprised that standard master cylinder has about 10-15mm of deflection at full brake peddle pressure. The UAS one looks like the old cusco style, it does a good job as its supported and wraps around the tower which makes it more stable and deflects less when pressure is applied. There are plenty of shit ones that do nothing...
  12. Get the gates kit with belt and bearings from golebys and the genuine water pump from kudos.
  13. And mine is a s1. I believe they're the same. I think the 34R had different ones.
  14. Cheers man I need to update that thread. It looks nothing like it did now haha

Welcome, Kevin! Post up some photos of your car
  16. My pedal is also soft, using the r33 f+r setup. It's pretty normal for this to happen when using bigger/more pistons. I was going to get a bm57 like most people do, but for the money i've learnt to live with it. It's up to you, Pete. If it annoys you that much get a bm57, if not just let it go and you'll soon forget about it, till you drive a properly setup car... or a new car
  17. i bought these 2 weeks ago. fitted up fine and aligned fine http://www.kudosmotorsports.com/catalog/outer-front-nissan-skyline-gts25-gts25-20gt-25gt-25gt-25gt-stagea-wgnc34-25tx-four-four-p-1437.html $88 for genuine. cant go wrong!
  18. deff start a build thread! that is very interesting
  19. Welcome to sau, Nishan! yes a manual bleed valve aka mbc mbv etc. I found removing the lower hose on the pwr steering reservoir to be quickest at draining, then using some auto trans fluid to fill it back up. Before driving go from left to right full lock to remove any air that may have entered the system. It could also be the wheels are too wide and scrubbing somewhere, surprisingly it sound very similar believe it or not. Love the preventative maintenance comment haha, me in a nutshell. The car looks really nice mate!
  20. Welcome to sau skipper! I'm sure there is a bumper for this. depends how long you want to scourer the internet for
  21. Email your tuner and he will ask you to book in a time to take it in.
  22. Contact Fair Trading. Have the dealers license, abn, rwc, and all other information ready. You can also contact the police. Goodluck mate.
  23. boost leak on a map would hunt idle, stutter/shudder under boost, and feel slow. What ecu are you using? Do some logs and post them here
  24. There are people around the globe who will remotely tune your car. Try contacting a few Australian companies to see if they are willing to help. Your car will not run correctly without a tune.
