If someone with a S2 want's to meet me, i am happy to trial fit. The s2 grills are a lil longer, but maintain the mounting points, so they 'should' fit. I won't sell these as S2 compatible without fitting it first

Stolen: White Wc34, Neo 2, Rb25Det Manual
Trex replied to mely1200's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Glad you got it back Who pays for the repairs? Sounds like it was thrashed and needs a lot of work -
where exactly does the drivers side piping sit?
-
4 children's nursery rhyme CDs behind the dash, played that shit all day! Shell battery from Japan? You can't buy them here. Shell service stickers all over and in the car from Japan. On my gf car I found a threaded head with the spark plug sitting on top and some more threaded bolts on the thermostat housing. It was a fluke it even ran.

why not use a 1 side in 1 side out 600x300? You could always use a 180° silicone joiner on the drivers side and squeeze it in between/under the intercooler and radiator. (this setup will cover the bottom grill in only the cooler, and shouldn't see the return pipe) I've just bought a 180° silicone joiner, and I'm picking up a whole lot of random intercooler piping this weekend. All second hand. Just measure everything before you buy anything (saved me money on 4 different intercoolers), I've been measuring and screwing around with ideas for a few weeks, and from what I've seen. If you mount the cooler hard under the top bumper support plate it will finish right on the bottom lip of the bumper cutout, so you will have 3-5cm of clear space under the cooler to the bottom of the bumper. Mine will be almost identical to adams new cooler setup. Most of those return flow coolers have outrageous claims to pressure drop and psi capabilities, with some google searching you'll see what i mean. This is information from what I've seen and measured, I'll be testing it all out when a good cheap cooler comes up.

Sydney Stagea Cruise... M35 And C34
Trex replied to m35stagea's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
There are 2 other cruises on the 26th, and the NSW members meet. Could explain the lack of commitment Also I'm getting a nistune tomorrow and don't know if i'll have the car back by the weekend. How does the 16th sound to everyone? -
Finding information about turbos for a newb is very hard. With so many turbos on the market and most of them with the same generic ID it's really hard to find information. If people started to post the name of the manufacturer and turbo ID, life would be easier and you wouldn't have so many turbo threads. Also we need boost and nm torque dyno sheets, kw's mean nothing without the other supporting information that tells you how it will drive. the hypergear atr43g2.5 has 50nm & 20kw & 2psi more than the hypergear atr43g3 at 3000rpm Or is the way i read dyno graphs wrong?

i've seen people use a cover for winter. Is this because on cold days the engine won't get to operating temp with an oil cooler?
-
Maybe on the 35's but the c34's don't. I'd like the auto folding mirrors when powered down, until they start to fail and only close half way and don't open again 5am and in winter and you have to manually push it out haha. Mine has the auto folding mirrors via the switch. The 35's also dip automatically when reversing from what i've read on here. It seems like a fun mod to have auto lights, but honestly guys, they aren't that great. They turn on in dusk and probable turn on and off when going through shady areas with trees. I personally used them once and never again until this afternoon. Also charles, there are always people wrecking stageas on gumtree and on these forums.
-
ha i know, it's stupid. It could have been a typo or talking about the headlights in general. But it was in the auto headlight section. my stag has 2 sensors, one on either side.
-
I have the auto light stalk on mine, ill check tomorrow night... I remember when i first bought the car i noticed the lights came on around dusk, about an hour before you wanted them on. Also i imagine they would turn on and off when ever you go under shade... I just drove it out of the garage and back in. -Turn off when you open the door -Turn on when it's dark/shady/still bright enough not to need them edit. my handbook says you shouldn't leave them on or the battery will go flat, this was in the auto headlight section.
-
The auto lights will turn on when it starts getting dark. Some stageas have them, as far as i know it was an option.
-
edit. You're right.

someone had been in a smash with LL00LL white r34 worded almost identical to your post.

"Spotted [iN00BI] around Rhodes NSW. A white R34. Spotted him because he hit me from behind causing quite a lot of damage to the back of my NEW car, then when I was about to exchange details the idiot drove off. I ended up with a bit of whiplash too. Failure to stop at the scene of an accident and also fail to render assistance (making sure I was ok). This tool is making us all look bad. If anyone knows who he is, please PM me." lil weird. http://forum.jdmstyletuning.com/showthread.php?55088-Anyone-know-who-owns-the-white-R34-number-plates-LL.00.LL&s=09dd9481db45ea34cdd370c728b4429e
