  1. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...hp?showforum=34 refer here for events coming up.
  2. sounds like the sing-a-long thread! Singstar SAUWA Styleee! ultrabeat - pretty green eyes reminds me of Rise... ahh good ol' rise... now back to my melbourne shuffle...
  3. whoa easy there dan_the_man Jr...
  4. great... better start saving for 5-10-15 years time... i agree with dan, i let plenty of ppl in and they dont say thanks or anything... in japan there's plenty of roads where there's no middle line cos it's too narrow to fit permanent two way traffic, so one lets the other through if he/she sees them coming. They actually honk back as a form of thanks... rezz? reading this?
  5. Westsiide nigga woot etc etc That would be Perth (minus the attitude) try finding parts here hey! needle in a haystack.
  6. he just forgot to carry the one.
  7. happy 18th birthday!
  8. yeh i was there (@ Heat last night for infusion) was pretty good, one of the better bang-for-your-buck small-ish event i've been to for a while sound was good, bouncers were ok, no big line as far as i know... but they didnt open upstairs so it got quite packed around 1.30-3am.
  9. i dont see much tech around in perth either. if tech's anything to go by i'd have to say the names of mauro picotto, carl cox and chris liebing would be worth seeing. picotto at subculture was a ripper last november. if perth wasnt big in drum and bass imagine how low the recognition for perth's music would get...
  10. sounds good but if u read on teknoscape, there's a lot of crap happening at heat lately, basically to do with poor management, dodgy security, not loud enough music (debatable, council regulations have a lot to do with it), people waiting 2 hrs in line, etc etc... refer to thread "heat nightclub". i'll be at Heat this Saturday for Infusion Live though, see how it pans out. sorry about the thread hijack, good luck with the event hell, i might even go
  11. seeya there after work (around 10pm-ish), it's just down the road from my place...
  12. saw a cop on mounts bay road near the narrows bridge on my way to uni a few days ago too. They wait near the bend before u go under the narrows, ie coming from the bell tower -> swan brewery. They usually sit there with the gun... few other notables but thats the only one i can think of for now. my car struggles to boost now anyway so its not like i can speed very fast anyway and my car's generally slow even when it IS healthy
  13. the internet can create some useful threads dont it Adam Oh, what also grinds my gears? Biased commentators. Luckily i didnt watch the Australia vs Japan match on sbs cos me and workmates watched it at this function that someone organized (and had japanese commentary, dunno how)... but after the game, i watched highlights on sbs and those commentators... ok, you may be australian but do u really have to shout THAT loud??? (when australia scored) it was pretty darn loud... same goes for footy as well (Eddie McGuire and the Pies) and any other international team vs australia game in any sport. i do go for WA teams / Australian teams pretty much all the time though, so no need for flaming... heck if we (Japan) were in a different group it'd be a lot easier
  14. yeah learned that the hard way too. The more they see the more they think there's more. So i keep everything in the boot, it's unopenable from the inside (not by choice, the boot cable's seized ) Good luck with the catching-of-the-crookhead.
  15. i'd so buy it if you were in perth. and if i could get rid of my DR30 at the same time.
  16. You've experienced about 18.57% of perth pubs! below averagey... not much of a pubber... more of a sweaty shirtless glowstick twirling medic+vicks sniffing gurner... almost
  17. oh yeah its rare as anything, and expensive too. there are some shops in japan that stock some parts but u can imagine the hassle in that
  18. hardcore punk emooOoOOO!!! all 4 door burners should be burnt by the way, sticking on topic and all.
  19. ok sorry not quite cooler then, different eh... sell it and buy a DR30! now that's different... i was thinking about doing the opposite (selling it and buying a 31) but that's not financially possible at the mo'
  20. ... to white and replace the plates? gimme your one then and i'll leave my box rocket where you found the erm, your 'white' r33...
  21. orright fine i'll have to have it if no one wants it
  22. i got a gear grinder that happened to me today. When the car in front of you takes your parking spot that you (thought you) found after you've done none/one/two/three or more laps around the block to find parking. Northbridge saturday night's the worst. Talk about being in the right place at the right time...
  23. hey george had this problem before i think, all the lights come on right? my car had the door open, coolant overflow, overheated, window washer etc etc. took it to an auto electrician, turned out to be buggered alternator or something. $200-odd dollars i think it was (i'm located in perth though). Its kinda tough how much it SHOULD cost, cos i have nothing to compare it against (if anyone's had it cheaper, forum whore's had the same problem and fixed it for half the price, etc etc). Good luck with the fix
  24. hotplates ftw that's what the 'lines are known for, i see absolutely no reason to change it to try and be (apparently) cooler. try an R30 taillight conversion if possible
  25. hey man i got my cables from Flexible Cables in Welshpool, my handbrake cables were seized so i went to them to get them made for me since not many places do DR30 handbrake cables. Not sure how much it'll cost for an R33 but mine was $210-ish? custom made so i have no idea what to compare it against. was also a good 1.5 years ago too. but good luck with it.
