Cant stress how important and good practice it is to refer to CTICP codes when putting in a complaint (I work for the Dept of Racing Gaming and Liquor and people write in complaints regarding nightclub noise and other situations, but that's irrelevant here, except for the fact that you have to write complaints properly, the above is a good one).
