  1. Do you know how much a it would set you back? I just emailed them GCG. Is it 100% necessary to get a PFC, what about a SAFC? I'm still saving for a Greddy FMIC.
  2. Umm is that a yes to both my questions?
  3. I was told hi-flowing a turbo from an R33 can be expensive, you have to replace the ceramic turbine wheel etc... is that true? So GCG sell a hi-flow kit? Then you can just take it to any turbo place to get fitted?
  4. This BOV is a GFB - Plumb Back (find more info see GFB Plumb Back BOV ) It's only been on the car for a little over 2 months, it gives out a slightly louder more aggressive sound than stock and is completely legal with attaching the Plumb Back nozel. It comes with the R33 adaptor and an additional Trumpet style nozel, So if you want an even louder sound this gives out an awesome Whissle!! BOV + Adaptor + Trumpet Style add-on cost me over $350 all together. Will sell for $200 (Located in Melb)
  5. Does anybody have any knowledge on this issue? Basically I am thinking about buying the turbo off a VLT ($500 - is that a good price?) High flowing it and throwing it on the Skyline. Can anyone help me on whether this would be a cheap upgrade and if so is the VL Turbo a direct bolt-on to an RB25DET exhaust manifold and dump pipe? I was told by high flowing the T3 turbo you could run up to 25psi safely with a decent front mount.. True or False? Anyway it would be good if I could have peoples suggestions on here and any knowledge.. That would be really helpful. Thanks All
  6. Standard Dump/Front Pipe off a R33 GTS-T. Installed a 3" pipe, so it's just taking up space in the garage. $50 or will trade for boot floor carpet.
  7. I am pending payment till tomorrow. Will let you both know definate.
  8. Brand Spanking new!!! Pads are in heat shrink plastic and in original box.
  9. A set of front brake pads for R33, I need to get rid of them. $50 Standard Dump pipe and Front pipe, nothing wrong with it at all. $50 Prices are not inclusive of postage
  10. Might I just ad that instead of spending $1700 on a thottle body relocation kit to be specifically engineer, why not just buy the Greddy Intake plenum for $1400 brand new.. Ehh??
  11. I'm fairly confident that depending on the amount of boost it can vary on the amount of extra power gained, a full 3" turbo back exhaust can gain up to an additional 15kw. With more boost this setup would allow the exhaust to flow a lot more than standard setup, I can strongly recomment getting a 3" dump/front and a highflow cat, the standard dump/front pipe are pretty dam restrictive. I have had a mate back to back a highflow cat to a straight through cat (illegal) and picked up 5kw.
  12. No I have a set of front pads not rears. Your lucky to have found Ultimates at that price, I was quoted from Autobarn $120 for the Advance and $130 for the Ultimates  In that case if anyone is interested I'll take offers...
  13. We were there probably just after 1am, parked there for no longer than 5min till we had one cop van pull up and start to hassle us cos there was hungry jacks rubbish on the floor, then he dug into us and the cars. I got out of there.. and being in the line of cars to drive out by the time i got onto the highway i looked behind me and there were another 2 cop cars showed up. It's really stupid how this system works with the cops, although I guess you can't blaim them when most P platers hoping into an import suddenly begin to think they are car racers.
  14. I was on a cruise with a few mates in their VL's and we were parked at Princess Hwy opposite Hungry Jacks (Near Warrigal Rd). We had one cop car drive up and ask a few questions, one of my mates got pulled away and given a defect notice and then told us the officers had called down back up (they called it Team U). I had never heard of this "Team U" before, then they told me.. it's some squad of police which take pleasure in handing out canary's.. Bang!! Was I out of there and so was about another 6 or so cars. As I then drove down the Highway towards St Kilda, the amount of bacon I saw was massive, within about 10min I saw 4 cop cars each on different sections of the Highway pulling people over. These guys should give us modified car owners a break.. we spend money on our cars in presentation and performance, and performance does include bigger brakes and better handling suspension. Will we ever get these cops off our backs?
  15. I have a brand new set in box of front R33 GTS-T brake pads. They are Bendix Advances, reason for selling is that I'm planning to upgrade to Ultimates. Paid $120 brand new Will sell for firm $100 (Postage not included if interstate)
  16. I was quoted from two different places and they are round the same I'd say you'd be looking at around about $40 each machined and extra $40each for slotted or cross-drilled. Another question and sorry if it's been asked already, I was looking at getting a set of DBA 4000+ rotors for an R33 although I'll be looking at around $900 a set. Whats the price comparison on a set of R33 GTR (2nd hand) rotors and are they much different from the GTS-T rotors in performance? I have a set of Bendix Ultimates (pads) going in, should they hold up for track days? or can someone recommend something better for around the same cost? Cost of Bendix Ultimates - $120 front $109 rear (pair)
  17. I should be down for my 2nd meeting hopefully... the car has been sittin my drive way with half an exhaust. Installing one of those frontdump pipe and hi flow cat off BATMBL... hopefully get it done by tonight. And for anyone looking to buy one, I'll let you know how good they really are =) P.S. Can I get a Medium sized Sau t-Shirt.. I'll have to think about colour when I get there and if SAU stickers aren't including in the membership packages I guess I'll take a couple.
