I was browsing Ebay and found this.... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...2492035955&rd=1

Can I be in the back seat of that drive *grin*

I like the fact that you talk about "learner" drifting then go and look at this way modded Silvia *chuckle*

I had my car ran into when a guy tried to just push me off the road on a highway. Anyway he didn't want to pay so I had to go through sending him letters of demand by a sheriff and then eventually it went to small claims court where the judged laughed at the guy and told him to pay me. He ended up just going through his insurance company anyway so was just being a moron. Suffice to say that it was a pain in the ass. If these debt recovery agenices can do it less fuss to you then go for it. I had third party at that time and can really see the benefit of comprehensive cause they chase the other party for the money.

I like the black roof look on the DFactor car...

Yahoo auction japan: Cefiro bits and peices
A31_Cefiro replied to inark's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Just out of interest what sort of charges does that Rinkya company charge for letting you buy off yahoo japan through them? Does anyone here have a good way to buy stuff off of yahho japan that is cheaper or better than this Rinkya thingy? -
S13 seats did not fit straight into my A31. I have S13 seats in my A31 atm and had to modify the rear right hand bolt hole (the flat one).

From my previous experience don't build a house with Burbank.
-
coilovers definitely fit. I have Teins from an S13 on my car. Difference is in the spring though I believe as the Cefiro is heavier. Hasn't been an issue so far for me.

Stop Hijacking other peoples threads and organise a VIC Ceffy cruise inark Then you can post your own pics....

does this sound dodgy or legitamate?
A31_Cefiro replied to Ceffo's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Yeah me too. I guess the major issue is the intrusion bars. Perhaps you could ask to see the bars before they are installed or perhaps ask to see a previous customers car? That may put your mind at ease a little. No point paying more for something if it's actually not any better than the cheaper alternative -

Then I'm guessing you could take legal action against the engineer that signed it off in the first place. If the guy has worked out how to save a $ and not be dodgey then good on him. -
needed a bigger headstart Rotors are easier to get doing 10's than skylines. Take an old rotor drop in a 13B turbo and with a few minor mobs they run 10's.... Helps that they weigh less than 1 tonne though..

ECU has been modded by DR. Drift so if it was going to go away then I would have assumed it would have gone then. It is most likely just a wire like the R33 example on the forums. Or at least that would be nice if it was.

Don't know about the white inerior but the cef's seem to be getting cheaper than when I got mine

I don't mind when travelling solo. It's just when I have a passenger or something in the back and I forget to unlock the door. Especially with a passenger you get the contstant whingeing

Hi forumn goers, Does anyone know how to disable the speed sensed auto door locking feature for the A31? I did a search and read the post on the R33 but I'm guessing the A31 may be different. Does everyones A31 do this or am I just lucky enought o have the series that does Thanks!

I gave up on F1 when I heard an F1 fan call it the car racing version of "the grand championship of chess". I guess drift is not for everyone. But there must be enough following for it to have it's own mag in Aus now. Personally I like the fact that the D1 drifters spend so much money on parts and paint and then go crash into the wall. And the fact that on one of the HPI videos or mags there is a drift group called "garage junks".

Damn commodores with Nissan engines in them. At least you know you got done by an import engine though I think perhaps we are all a little jaded now with the 10 sec factor. A 14 sec time and low at that is good. I'd be lucky if my A31 ran a 20 second pass *chuckle*
-
One upside of not running the 13.9 is that it gives you something to aim for next time. What car were you running next to on your pass in the above timesheet?

My ceffy being picked up today
A31_Cefiro replied to someonestolecc's topic in Four Door Family & Wagoneers
Besides D1 cars who are sponsored has anyone seen full custom cars drifting? Some guys with full custom cars won't even drive them let alone drag or drift it.... I'd be interested to know what show quality cars you have seen that are around the same price as the Cefiro? I'm not critising, just interested. I don't know the price and I'm not asking the price either. Mainly curious to know what else you have seen on the cards to choose from. I'm agreed with inark in that it may be best to get used to the power first. I mean if you upgrade it straight away then you have to spend even more money on upgrades to get the same "pleasure factor" returns because you never got "bored" with the performance it has originally -

Nice looking car. I wouldn't worry too much about the colour change. Think of it as drift styled -
I own a Cefiro. It's a little sick atm after being stored in the garage for a while....
