  2. Need a police check and to get a full roadworthy inspection (basically a major defect check) through regency. Mr619 is the form you need. Did it with my 180 about 2 months ago.

  4. my 32 has previously had a catch can (was SUPPOSED to be still on there when i bought the car) and im having trouble locating the pcv, is it supposed to be at the top of the engine or bottom? curently have a hose from the passenger side cam breather just hanging free currently, so will be hopefully installing a catch can in the near future, but as said, having trouble with the pcv.
  5. living in out rural S.A at the moment but will be heading up to darwin in september to live, but i will keep that in mind once i get up there and find a decent person to work on the car, any one know a decent tuner in darwin for turbos and such?

  8. eventally going to go rb25dett, heard they spool up good with good power. ultimate goal is 300rwkw with awesome response and good revvability.
  9. havent really got much of a chance of buying much, job i have barely covers my bills, let alone 2g on turbo parts, also have to move interstate end of this year so saving is bit more important atm, was looking to find a cheaper way to fix what i have, but guess there aint much choice really will just have to deal with it.
  10. just an update, put the vac line from the wastegate accuator to the intercooler piping just before the factory pipe that crosses over the motor, and it boosts in almost 500 rpm quicker, cheers for the help guys.

  12. also done some more reading and worked out that the waste gate is supposed to be vacuumed to the intercooler piping, where as mine is put to the manifold behind the throttle body, would this affect lag?
  13. so by having the screamer pipe it is supposed to help with spool time? or what, i under stand the set up but not what the external actually offers over the internal gate.
  14. what difference is there to the running of the turbo between internal and external gate?
