1. What sort of boost controller you got? i had a turbo smart boost controller and had the same problem as you. so i took apart the bleed valve gave it a good clean mine was full of crap which stopped it from working properly.
2. 1 kg/cm2 =14.22 PSI
3. how you going installing it? i got one of those too which i use to have in my commodore i could only install half of it though can't wait to get it in the skyzerr they are the sh1t.
4. ar yeah i also have tein suspension fitted nice firm base to work with that hot girlfriend in the passanger seat. one step ahead of ya's
5. yes well better than chasing up a smaller fan either that or get some thermo fans.
6. yep cut the corners off your fan blades i had to. does not make any difference to temp. i just used a hacksaw while it was still on there just try to make it as even a possible so is it a hybrid kit you have.
7. Hi I have an r33 gts-t. My current mods are: 3" dump+front pipe 4" hks exhaust hi flow cat bleed valve @10psi hybrid fmic pod with cai apexi power fc i have not got the power fc tuned yet i was just wondering what other mods should i do before i get it tuned. do i need to get a new fuel pump or regulator? or maybe even cam gears would this make any difference. I'm aiming for anything over 200kw at tha hubs. i don't want to upgrade turbo atm. cheers
8. It doesn't even say 0 it just has knock |
9. Hi I have just installed PFC into my R33 gts-t what i want to know is the knock level is not showing up on the commander any ideas as to why? Thanks in advance
10. Hey Pashak what sort of boost are you running to get those figures? that's a good increase i'd be happy. I'm getting my power fc soon
11. http://www.powerlink.co.nz/~graeme/faq/
12. it's the same as this here except it has the flanges to bolt it straight on.
13. i hav just brought a hi flow cat for my r33 the question is in the stock cat there is like a braided line that is plumbed into the side of it. what does this do? can i just leave it out without connecting it to the hi flow cat Thanks in advance
14. there may be but i'll change it anyway and see how it goes so is set up right though?just want to make sure! boost controller between intercooler pipe and Actuator and the other one coming off the air intake hose blocked off
15. i turned it right down it doesn't seem to matter where you turn the boost controller to it still overboost. anyone?
16. i just took it out and tried that and it only boosted to 0.45 at lease it ain't overboosting how can i increase it to 0.7 bar
17. here is a picture of setup
18. I installed a hybrid fmic kit. i had to drill a hole in the intercooler piping so i could have somewhere to plumb the bleed valve the problem is it is still overboosting sky high. i have tried three different types of fittings in the cooler piping where you plumb the vacuum hose. any ideas, this is starting to pee me off
19. The T-Piece into the carbon cannister vacuum line doesn't work for me. looks like i will have to get tha screw in brass fitting plumbed into the intercooler pipe as 05YKO_r33 suggested.
20. i used the smaller line so its the large one is it?
21. i tried t-piece in carbon cannister vacuum line eariler today but still overboosts
22. yes i know but on a r33 there is a t piece which goes to the intercooler piping as well as actuator and the turbo. does anyone know where i can plumb the bleed valve?
23. I installed a Hybrid Front Mount intercooler and had to remove a piece of the factory intercooler plumbing where the hose from my bleed valve was connected. where can I plumb this line into now? as the new hybrid kit has no where to plumb it to i have heard you can connect it to the carbon cannister line does this work?
24. I was thinking on those lines would it be ok to trim a the corner off the back of the blinker case? than hopefully it will fit
