thats what we're saying man... its not about it being the fastest car...but the effort, dedication that was put in.... the looks and styling.
if it was just fast, there's the veyron, CCXR etc
yeah u guys are right...
its more than just pure performance and power.. its the appreciation of the dedication of building the Z tune. The japanese styling etc... the legend
same here.... except for the kid part.. but after seeing the millennium jade color... i have to say it grows on u..
me too... that said... if anything fails...it'll be a bitch to troubleshoot
after reading some of your posts.... i was kinda expecting u to say that... HAHAHAHAHAHAH
i know!!! *faints*
that would be sacrilegious ..... dont do it!!!!!!!
a turbo car has lower compression because of the turbos compressing air into the engine so if u take out the turbos it would run rich with not enough air pressure in each cylinder to give the power thats supposed to come from a RB26
Hi all
probably asked a lot of times already...but just wondering what are your thoughts on it...
if money wasnt really an issue( i wish ) which would you choose? a V spec 2 nur or a R35
for me.. I've sat in a BNR34 with a HKS RB28 and the R35... no doubt the R35 is really comfy and fast, it just doesnt cut it...for me. I'd pick a BNR34 anytime
so are u going to get a torqline Terry?
is there a distributor in aus?
as for the driveshaftshop, so far there has been only good reviews from the wrx forums...plus they have a sydney distributor?
just spent the last few minutes reading thru all the posts in this thread... u guys are hilarious...
i'll only be in brisbane after 5th but as for the topic... why not? since its all under skylinesaustralia
i agree...its bloody annoying. the least they can say is Sparco style.. or fake Sparco wheel..
that said, i have bought genuine items at real discounts..just have to really sieve through all the fakes..
From what I read on the website, the vibrations are probably due to the shaft not being balanced at high speed and rpm.
Funny the weight difference is only 1kg... The driveshaft shop claims more compared to aluminum and stock shafts
Hi all,
Just wondering...has anyone here used/is using a carbon prop shaft for their GTRs? Does the performance outweigh the cost?
the Driveshop seems to have relatively decently priced ones... they even have a sydney dealer!

i think the beauty of the N1 engine is more in its reliability factor cos the standard RB26 is already pretty impressive... thus u shd be able to push the nur more with its stock parts.. (stock parts being N1 items like steel bb turbos as compared to ceramic trust bearings ones ) so is that even a fair comparison? LOL
that said...vspecIInur .. are the ecu settings any different than the normal V spec II ?
