  1. Nah, the one at the bus stop wasn't a gtr. It was an rb but with the "street" (literally a pea shooter) exhaust it sounded weird
  2. Up on carsales now as well. http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Nissan-Skyline-1996/SSE-AD-3127838
  3. Up for sale is my 1996 R33 gtst. I purchased the car March 2013 in a relatively stock condition with minor modifications - HKS Hi Power catback, HKS bov, and aftermarket wheels. Always serviced regularly. Paint in great condition for a 20 year old car. Just under 135k kms on the odometer. Tidy car inside and out. Regretful sale, but it's time to save some money for more important things. Since buying the car I've put roughly 25,000kms on it. 10,000kms ago it had the high flow turbo installed and a tune. Mods: Power FC Greddy Profec B Spec II Hypergear 21u High flow 550cc Injectors Walbro GSS342 fuel pump Blitz return flow front mount 3" solid intake made by Scotty with z32 AFM 19 row oil cooler Full 3" exhaust with a Venom 100cell 4" cat and the HKS Hi-Power catback Work Emotion xd9 18x9+20 /w Kumho KU31 245/40 and Nismo extended wheel nuts - tyres 10k kms BC Coilovers - 15k kms Cusco front upper control arms NISMO front strut brace /w Brake Master Cylinder Stopper Replaced the old worn drivers seat with an r34 seat. The car was tuned by DVS Jez in Somersby, just outside of Sydney. 231kw @ 14psi / 245kw @ 18psi. Jez is a perfectionist and wouldn't let me leave until he was happy with the car. Great tuner and is always willing to answer any questions. Asking $10,000neg. Have spares which will also come with the car. Factory suspension, ecu, turbo, bov, foglights and whatever else I can find that could come in handy. Would be willing to sell for $9,000 with Rota Grids instead of the xd9's. Rotas will need new tyres. May consider swaps, but only if it's a boring, stock sedan. No skylines though. For anymore information on the car feel free to pm, text or call 04ThreeZero12Nine1Nine1
  4. Welcome to our humble abode Genelle!
  5. Sounds great Jez, I'm free so put my name down. I think a lead car is always a good idea. Maybe grab some Google map screenshots and mark out meeting points and driving route? Byo bbq food/drinks
  6. Thanks guys. I think I'm just about at the point in my life where I want to move out more than I want a fast car. I'll definitely be back in the future though I'll still be checking in here regularly and hang around, have made some good friends. Hoping it holds off until this Christmas cruise Jez was talking about, so better get crackin' Jez! Mine might be even harder to sell them yours Rob because of the mods.. We'll see
  7. What a sad night http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/oaks-estate/cars-vans-utes/1996-r33-gts25t-manual-highflow/1062375658
  8. Spotted a 32 ute at maccas this morning
  9. Thanks again for the series Tony, hosting the servers out of your own pocket, appreciate that. The racing was a blast! Hoping to make it more next series!
  10. Not be anymore. Have made other plans sorry
  11. Oh noes! Anyone else going?
  12. Should be free for this!
  13. Sorry if the info is somewhere in this thread, but are they hard to install? I'd be interested in one for a s2 r33 if it makes any difference which series. Cheers, Chris
  14. As far as I know the Camira was all GM. When discontinued the model was replaced by a Holden/Toyota hybrid thing though. There was a model that had the same 1.8l as Rob's pulsar.
  15. Glad to hear you guys got to fight it out. Interesting that the brakes were fading. Which car were you guys in? This place is indoor. The karts get up to about 70km/h and they're all electronic so they're fairly torquey. Turn one is a nice wide 90 degree left hander that you can do with the throttle flat, so the track isn't too slow.
  16. How'd you go last night Tony? I qualified third last night. Finished in third and also set the fastest lap of the night in the race. Was a little bit faster than the car in 2nd but couldn't find a spot to pass cleanly. I wish we had more tracks in Canberra so we could mix things up a bit, but there's not a lot I can do about that.
  17. Will do. First round was two weeks ago. Track is very narrow and is really hard to pass. Only 10 on track at a time. Practise I was 8th. I qualified in 6th. Finished the race in 5th but also set the second fastest lap time for the night. Apparently all the other guys are regulars apart from me and one other guy so I'm pretty happy with that result. Hoping to be a little further up tonight. Fingers crossed!
  18. Have fun tonight Tony! I hope at least one other person rocks up
  19. We'll have to try a bit harder next time Rob
  20. Thanks for the great day fellas, as usual. Always a pleasure! Good to meet you in real life Daniel Thanks for inviting us
  21. Yep same. So we say arrive 9:40-45 to leave at 10?
  22. How long are they out at the track for? If we aim to leave at 9 is that too early for late sleepers? And just plan to meet 15-20mins earlier then whatever time we choose to leave. Edit: just saw miks post. 10am also works for me.
  23. Meet at EPIC/Mitchell Maccas as usual?
