Should I go 4 inch and leave standard cams or swap to bigger cams ?

I have dropped exhaust and it doesn't seem to have any restrictions inside it however it does get smaller on each join of muffler and flange for some reason ,it's a jap apexi exhaust

Thanks 4 the input guys , I will chase up some afms any other mods which will help me get to 350 atw apart from e85 , should I change to a bigger camshafts ?
