  1. $400 remap ECU (exchange)is not installed daughterboard. It is installed hitachi H8 PLCC chip.(local tuner can not tune) I will send remap ECU to you and you go to dyno shop for check AFR and ping. If my remap chip will lean , ping , no power etc I will send another chip. If you are living in Sydney I am able to real time remap tune by NISTUNE software. Daughterboard installed ecu(exchange) and data depens on exchange rate. AU$1 is 65yen today.(it was AU$1 is over 100yen) I think over $1000 now. Also $400 remap chip will change price.(I have instock only 4 chip now) Im thinking around $500.
  2. Drdrift and my daughterboard is same. Daughterboard is able to use NISTUNE software. If you want to buy daughterboard, its expensive. My tune base data and daughterboard(fitted) cost $700-850 depends exchange rate and mods. If no data and only daughterboard , local tuner can not tune. Because daughterboard work only daughterboard data. Also if local tuner do not have base data , dyno time take long time. Power FC is alrady tune data in power fc and tuner is changing power fc tune data. If tuner make tune data from std ecu map I think can not finish only 1day.

  4. I am making chip each cars. I send remap ecu to custermer and custermer go to dyno for check AFR and ping etc. Custermer send me dyno sheet AFR x rpm over the internet. If AFR not good or pinging , flat spot , no power etc I will send another chip to custermer. And custermer go to dyno again for check. Check AFR and ping etc around $80-90 each time on dyno.(normaly 1-2 times) If custermer is not happy I will send back money to custermer.
  5. Thank you gt-ahhh! His turbo is KKR430. This is laggy turbo. Now almost same response as std R33 turbo. RB engines very important ignition timing for response and power. I adjust AFR 11.5 his car for safe.(his car is street car) Because AFR come up winter night. If his car fitted bigger turbo I will adjust AFR 11(or under 11) for safe. HKS 0-400M (quater mile) racer adjust AFR 10.8.
  6. R34 25det ignition map is too high between 3600-4000rpm for Australia 98 octan fuel. So when R34 boosted up, it may ping around 10 psi. If R34 25DET owner worry about this , please try this. Accelrate the car to 4500rpm then let it go to decelerate down to 3500rpm then full acceletion once again to 4500rpm.(repeat 2-3 times) R34 ignition map like a R33, this means if you boost up,ignition timing will retard. So you can not get power over 11-12psi. i believe std ecu is like a chain holding back power. I have remapped previously and it reached nearly 200kw. Also R34 have boost limitter around 14 psi (R33 do not have), so piggy back can not remove boost remitter. I recomend R34 remap or full ecu is best.
  7. I am remaping R33 ECU real time tune by daughter board.(and nistune softwear) And this data burn to single chip. So I am able to remap any tune. Single burn chip is much cheaper than daughter board.(Also I am saling daughter board if custermer want to daughter board.) I means how much is custermer want to pay. Sigle burn chip is cheaper and daughter board is expensive. If custermer will go to another state and he want to fit daughter board I am able to do it. If custermer chasing over 370-380hp (about 270kw)I recommend power FC or any after market computer. Emision control is remap ecu much better than power fc. I think street car is remap and like a race car is aftermaket computer. Remap is much better than piggy back computer for skylinens and silvias ECU.(R34 GTT have boost limitter(about 14psi) and can not remove by piggy back computer)
  8. Yes,I am remaping R33 ECU by NISTUNE softwear. But its only RB25DET.(R33 GTR custermmer is not many.So I do not have GTR spare ECU and daughterboard) If you want to remap yourself , you need daughterboard. Cost$ 650-750 include data for daughterboard. So power FC is better.(second hand power FC is same price)
  9. 260RS is same R33 GTR conector. So you are able to use R32 ECU.(power FC is same R32 and R33. also some people use R32 ECU for R33 in Japan) This is cheaper way.(R33 is 16 bit and R32 is 8bit) daughterboard is expencive so I recommend power FC. GTR power fc is not expencive. If boosted up only(or little over 400hp), R32 ECU and power fc is same power. If you will change big turbo I recommend power fc. Toshi

  12. R34 ECU map R34 can not boosted up more than around 12psi. Because ignition timing will retard around 12psi. Its same R33. Also if you will boosted up around 12psi , engine will ping at around 3600-4400rpm. Because R34 std ecu ignition map is 3600-4400rpm very hi ignition timing for Australia fuel.
  13. Hi Delta Force. EJD001 R34 can not boosted up more than around 12psi. Because ignition timing will retard around 12psi. Its same R33. Also R34 boosted up under 12psi , it will ping at 3600-4400rpm when the accelerator is put down on street. Because R34 ignition map is 3600-4400rpm very hi ignition timing for Australia fuel.(maybe 100 octane fuel is OK) You need remap or PFC(need tune).
  14. When will you go to dyno? I hope over 210kw at 16psi.
  15. How much power would you like? If under 300hp(220kw) you need fuel pump and evc or boost guage for check boost. If you want to power over 300hp you need Z32 AFM befor remap. Walbro is good. I am able to install all.
  16. What type of boost controller are you fitting now? Do you have boost gauge? Normaly about 4000rpm max boost then come down. If you come to me I will check for you.
  17. RB20DET up to 260-270hp and RB25DET up to 360-380hp. This is not Kw.
  18. Std injector is up to 360-380hp , So do not need change injectors. Just need change bigger fuel pump.
  19. You need bigger fuel pump,Z32 AFM and PFC or remap ECU. Std AFM is up to 300hp(220kw) max. S-AFC can not handle Z32 AFM. I am able to remap.
  20. Yes, I am able to remap. Cost road tune$550. RB25DET std engin is up to 370, 380 hp (about 280KW) safe. If you want to more power I think you need change after market engine parts (piston , crank shaft etc). If you change to smaller turbo you do not need change injector. (RB25det injecter is up to 360 370 hp max) Is this race car? Toshi
  21. OK Please fit boost controller. If you fit turbo back muffler and hi flow cat you are able to get around 195kw at 10psi-11psi.
