  2. Please tell me How did you check engine knock? If you do not have S-AFC , knock monitor or microphone you can not check engine knock. Engine knock will piston and cylinder crack , melt etc. Also AFR too lean will piston and cylinder crack , melt etc. Please send PM.
  3. If engine will knock or AFR too lean or too rich on dyno please ask to tuner what rpm is knocking. I will send new chip.
  4. Hi I sent PM to you. Did you read ? Please go to dyno shop then check and adjust base timing and also check AFR ,engine knock , power curve etc.(adjust timing to factory timing 15 degrees) Because I do not know your cars condition. Normally you will get around 200kw (depends on dyno).
  5. R33 mail order remap is $400 for std turbo. Group buy is $350. Normally R33 with Z32 ecu cost around $1300-1500 in Sydney.
  6. , Thank you for replay. Yes,if I adjust timing 1-2 degrees around 100km/h , I think dip will fix. But if he install better boost controller and actuator then more boost , I think dip will fix. Is this OP6 R34 hiflow?(he does not know so I made map for R34 hiflow) If so how much is best boost? Is 14-15psi too low?
  7. I tuned this ecu by mail order. Power curve is bit flat around 100km/h. I know boost come down around 2psi. I found looks like same power curve dyno sheet in http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/261613-hypergear-hiflow-service-continued/page__st__1440 And Also my tune was done based on 9 sec ramp timing. I also did a comparison run based on 12 sec ramp timing (in red) which many of the dyno section sheets are, longer ramp rate makes all data appear slightly advanced. This is set depending on tuners preferences. Please tell me what is ramp timing? I tuned many hiflow turbo and normally smooth curve.

  13. Tools around $7000. $500 for US nissan car. Japanese car can not use it. Also $500 one can not map trace and datalog. M35 is I think around 12 type ecu and all different program. So If I do my self I need map tracer and data logger. ECU tuner said if this ecu will engine knock , too rich , too lean , I will remap again.(its free but need postage) So I think this is best way now.

I asked to G-ZONE over e-mail and he replay this email. デンスロは、別途オプションですが、ノーマルデーターが沢山あるため、オプションにも対応できていません。 解析が必要なのです。G-ZONEのステージアのコンピューターが評価が高いですが、デンスロをいじった車はありません。 出だしが遅いステージアに関しては、吸排気系のバランスが取れてないか、(燃料、点火時期)だと思われます。 ステージアは、酷く燃料が中回転だけ、濃く後は、ノーマルでも薄い状況です。 stagea has too many ecu number (I think 12)so electric throttle is option but we can not change throttle map. Many stagea have been installed on our remap ecu and are very happy but we have not been selling remapped throttle map ecu. We think your stagea problem is fuel or timing map problem. Stagea is very rich at middle rpm and after middle rpm is lean. Also TEPS is able to change throttle map but have not been soling remapped throttle map ecu.(customer is happy) I know ecu specialist and I spoke to him and he is able to make map for 98 octane fuel. If you are not happy he will adjust map again. Its free but you need pay postage. He will change fuel , timing , also throttle map , remove limiter. Price 60000yen all included. Cheaper than G-ZONE.
  15. Im in Sydney. R33 ecu is able to remap by nistune software.(nistune do not have board so Im using daughter board.it imported from Japan) Im using R33 ECU so cost only from $550 realtime road or dyno tune.

I asked Jetwreck and he told me the translation to English is: Guideline for closed accelerator (throttle) position and rapid TAS guideline method. I saw many Japanese web site about this. And some cars fixed throttle response. Im searching about under 3000rpm problem on Japanese web but I can not fined it. Japanese People install aftermarket throttle controller and they say its working very good. So I can not ask to TEPS.
  18. I think if you change to wire throttle; idle up will not work (aircon and power steering etc) . Also how to fix ecu feed back?
  19. If its just throttle problem how is install big throttle? Air flow more than std throttle. I think wire can not install with std ecu. If you take out electric throttle how to adjust idle and idle up?
  20. I spoke to Jetwreck and he said his nismo ecu not problem under 3000rpm. G-ZONE said throttle controller and remap throttle map is same performance. Scotty have throttle controller but its not good work.(This means Scotty changed throttle map but he could not fix under 3000rpm problem) How is Ks rom? Ks rom do not change throttle map. If Ks rom fixed under 3000rpm problem its mainly std map problem. If Ks rom can not fix under 3000rpm maybe throttle map problem.
  21. Ecu need learning throttle close position and (TAS) throttle adjust screw if ecu connector or throttle position connector is removed, after adjusting timing , adjusting idle, when battery becomes flat or after changing batteries ,Z33 34 M35 etc I think some people need this one.

  23. I talked to G-ZONE (Mr Amino) and he said throttle controller and remap throttle map is same performance. No much different. He said just std M35 map problem at Under 3000rpm. So throttle map is not help under 3000rpm problem.
