Thats kinda how it is for me only i'm at work.
My boss and I are the only people with our own offices and we are upstairs. The rest of the company are downstairs in a open area.
I spend all day having tabs open in firefox and i'm constantly just browsing while files are loading, things are printing, etc, etc.
I get heaps of work done and am just about always on top of things. So it's not so bad.
Today we have death cab for cutie

I've stopped running completely as i want to focus on strength for a while.
don't bother with the cardio to lose weight. Cardio is to increase endurance.
Losing weight is simply eating right, and if you have a good lifting plan, lift 3 times a wekk, eat clean, eat often you'll lose weight.
