well a skyline sure aren't a ground up sports car.

I garuntee if walter rolh was driving he would of caught it. It's not about you thinking you can go faster, it's about knowing HOW to go faster around corners, or harder under brakes that matter. You may think your a good driver and that you a reaching the limits of the car at a track, but if you jumped in for a lap with a race driver who was driving your car, they'd probably be doing things you didn't think were even possible in your car.

i can't imagine games like metal gear solid without it, it adds to the games immersion brilliantly sometimes.

So why do ferrari offer handling, braking, etc, etc packages for their cars? Ferrari's are a waste of money. Why would you spend 400,000+ plus on a car then have the dealer say to you "would you like to get the handling pack as well?" if you paid that kind of money i'd expect it to handle pretty damn good already.

The thing is these cars have a higher limit than almost all the drivers on here have ability.

In the latest firmware update for PS3 they have included rumble support. Stupid stubbon sony, they should of settled with imersion tech years ago. Now they are going to have to redo their controller with rumble.

Every thing i've stated has been a fact. I do like the ps3 it will be a great console, but the people rambling on about how fantastic "IT IS" when it's not "IT WILL" be fantastic in the future but not for a while yet.

^^^ well almost every launch title has been a port of a 360 title. And that trend looks set to continue at least for the remainder of this year.

Whats so immersive about people standing still when a 1.5 tonne car is flying towards them? Feeling like your in the game world is more complex than just pretty textures, it's the way your surroundings act when you do something. Like hitting a tree, bashing the front of your car off, and unfortunately GT has never offered any of those things.
