  1. go to www.gamefaqs.com I'm sure there will be a guide on there that can help you.
  2. My friend code is - 227-692-767-571 Oviously there are no dashes in it, it just makes it easier to read. Everyone else needs to post there's.
  3. hey hey welcome. You may find that even getting an oil cooler will help with the heat in your car. But's it's almost febuary and soon it will be getting cooler so your car should be fine after that. also pics or ban!!!
  4. haha, that R34GT model thats in that list is sitting on the table next to my computer right now. I got it for christmas from my dad as it's exactly the same as my car. Word...
  5. Hmm interesting, looks as though it could be a VE, that car is heavly disgused though. They have covered it in panels of another car by the looks. Where about's did you see this?
  6. Actually i prefer my euro's and japanese cars, but at the moment i'd choose a BF over a VZ, but when the new VE comes out this year that may be changed. Just igronant ramblings like that are stupid and annoying.
  7. Why is he a cockhead? cos he got a shitty car and you don't believe him? you sir are a knob jockey PHATR32. My dad has a brand new calais that cost him over 50,000 dollars and it was a lemon, things were constantly going wrong with it. So we got rid of it. Chances are the guy was leasing the car so it wasn't a problem for him to get rid of it, cos at the end of his lease the car is taking from him and sold off. Just like my dads car was. Think before your write something moron. And having seen 4 examples of a car in which thousands of them are produced anually makes you an expert on there reliabilty? I thought not.
  8. I'd personally rather spend a few grand on suspension than on power. Anyone can go fast in a straight line, but flowing through some nice twistie's is much more rewarding and exciting, than going fast in a straight line. And if i wanna go really fast in a straight line i'll take the motorbike out.
  9. Does it have a boost gauge in the dash? You still haven't answered that. One posibility is for some bizzaro reason, they changes the hubs and brakes to the non turbo ones. Maybe the car was in a accident in the past and the owner only had the money to do a dodgy job and did that. You should post up your vin number so someone on here can FAST it for you. And welcome aboard. The car does look good.
  10. I'm pretty sure r34's have vvt up till about 6000 revs and then it shuts off and doesn't change at all. And i also believe it doesn't start up until 3000 or so revs. Don't quote me on that but i remember reading an article about that a while ago. I'll try and dig it up.
  11. It's a car it's not gonna make you money in most cases. I bought my r34 for about 35,000 and would be lucky to get 30 or so for it now. but i don't give a damn as i never plan to sell it.
  12. I'll take one too please. R34 GT-t standard front bar.
  13. I was under the impression that only gears 1 to 2 have synchro's on them on the r33 boxes.
  14. But once the oil is totally full up through all the lines it shouldn't be a problem. As it's a continous motion with no stopping.
  15. You all seem to be missing a point. It's not you who decides what a silvia is, or a Z is. It's nissan, they design and make the bloody things so if they say the new Z is gonna be awd drive. Well guess what?? It bloody well is. Same as if they decide to put a V6 in a silvia it's a freaking silvia. If they decide to make a car in which you sit backwards and use a playstation controller and call it a skyline it's a skyline. Quit living in the past and move on. Also wheels is a reputable mag and been around longer than you. And they don't say there is going to be a 450Z they say there is speculation of one.
  16. in normal driving like on a highway in a straigt line i was under the impression that gtr's are about a 90/10 split. 90 rear, 10 front.
  17. Yes we could visit turbz_13 and also me. cos i live in victor harbor as well!!!
  18. Hey james, it's karl here. It's damn easy to change over just discharge your battery and unplug the old ecu. It's a big retangular connection. Unscrew the screw that holds the standard ecu in it's cubby, and slide it out. Slide the new one in and hey presto. Also you'll oviously be getting the r32 gtr powerfc and they come with a map already on them for the specific model of car.
  19. I only do the outside of mine and they turned out fantastic. At first i didn't believe my mate when he said just do the outside but it worked fine. May of just been mine weren't as bad as yours.
  20. those new fandagle SMG boxes don't lose much power at all unlike the old slusboxes.
  21. Just use fibre glass polish from a marine store. That's what i use and it works a treat
  22. This may sound silly but my mate did this. Is your AFM plugged in?
  23. Yes they are definetely stronger internals and all that. And that would only be two types. The GTR one (which is the cream of the crop) and the vanillia GTS4.
  24. They are pretty much the same 4 wheel drive system but the gtr is alot more stronger due to more power and what not. And i believe they run different diff ratio's.
