  1. This thread was great until this crap about amplifiers
  2. Single is boss. But if not wanting to spend too much money fix what is broken.
  3. Yeah 10k later lol Or 3k or less to keep current setup. GTRs are suppose to have twins @Dose Pipe Sutututu thats what makes it a real gtr?
  4. Buy 2 new ones that are the same as what you have. While you are there get a full gasket kit. Thats your surest and cheapest way to fix it.
  5. Dont over think it. Single is life.
  6. what does the person who built your motor say?
  7. Who was english? Did you order a stroker or you didnt hvae that many beers?
  8. Budget Supercar went 9.92 with a stock bottom end. 2.8 or not, thats moving.
  9. not wrong but a 2.6 is still going to rip lol dont forget to add a billet block to the list
  10. Not uncommon for stock bottom end gtrs to make 700hp. Why go to the trouble of 2.8? Big turbo. Big fuel setup. 700 here we come.
  11. Ill get a print out next time im at the workshop. Will race it soonish and report back with mph.
  12. 32 gtr Forged 26 Kelford cams E85 Gtx3584rs 784hp at rears. Mainline hub dyno.
  13. Agreed. Nothing really good off the shelf. Custom is the way to go.
  14. that is where mine had a problem. took it to a shop, they cut off the barb and welded on a new one. all perfect now.
  15. Whats wrong with your one? Mine had a leak so i ended up getting it welded up. Was an easy job as engine was out though. Impossible to get to with the plenum on
  16. ... or want to tidy up the engine bay and make it less of a headache to work on. On the downside, youre changing oem stuff that works just fine and increases possibility of failure nothing fits better than or fits like oem. theres larger plenums take up more room and are harder to work on. not to mention they change the angle or position of the outlet so you need to change cooler piping as well. aftermarket is not always better. and GTSBoy is right.
  17. theres people making 900+hp on a stock plenum. not much point in changing it unless youre chasing four figures plus.
  18. Might aswell throw my hat in the ring here. I have a trust 76mm. Car has a 3584rs on 32psi. Makes 784hp at the rears (hub dyno). Tuner said intake temps were 15 deg.
