Hi everyone, I recently purchased an r32 gtst with an EBC. I have yet to figure out how to use it properly, however the other day i was having a fiddle with it to see if i could work out how to use it. Its a HKS EVC.. if anyone has this model can you please let me know how to set it? Thanks. Anyways, i set it to 1 bar boost - and i revved it up and on my boost guage i saw it go above and over 1bar... and when it went over, something started beeping at me. I have been told this occurs when the turbo spikes.. or something.. What exactly is happening when the turbo is spiking? And could this be whats happening? It doesnt seem to happen normally when i drive around on .8bar boost.

Uhh.. i actually did.. but didnt find anything that applied to me directly.. other people had front mounts etc.. So what about on a cold night? Wouldnt that be like having a front mount already since the air surrounding me is already cold?

Hi, Did anyone else have this problem at all? Just got my phone bill back for April.. and apparently i made two calls which both originated AFTER 12 oclock, which would be after "yes" time. And i got charged for them. This has NEVER happened before and i am about 95 - 99% sure i didnt make them after 12:00 midnight.. Same thing happened to my girlfriend as well.. shes also on optus. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem..?

Hey guys, Sorry if this has been posted before.. i've tried multiple searches but cant find anything.. Just wanted to know whats stock boost for an r32 gtst? I currently have a slightly modded r32 gtst and would like to know what stock boost is, and also how much the turbo could handle, on a cold night, without turbine failure.. i.e. safely. Mods include - 3" exhaust (need to check up whether its a turbo back or cat back), pod filter and EBC. Its currently running .8 bar boost which is about.. 11 - 12 PSI..

Hey everyone, just picked up my r32 yesterday and excited as hell.. I'm new to the turbo scene, and would like some help as to the do's and donts of driving with a turbo. ..eg. how long to warm up for.. how much to boost.. how much NOT to boost. etc. Anything to help prolong the life of my car.

Hi, just wondering exactly what RWC is - as far as i understand it means road worthy certificate or something? Whats the difference between the RWC and a pink slip? -also on this matter. whats the difference between a blue and a pink slip? whats the process for obtaining an RWC thanks.

Hi, I'd like to know - whats the difference between the SR20DET from the S13/S14.. and the RB20DET from the r32 GTSt? Which ones better for mods.. which one produces more power/torque etc? how are they different?

jesus christ CWest you poor bastard... I feel sorry for you that must really suck.. how do u deal with things like that? just grin and bear it or something? I mean - unnecessary costs for repairs and stuff must be ridiculous.. Macquarie westfield - do u mean macquarie centre? Problem is i tend to go to those places quite often.. is there anything appealing (aside from the fact its an r34) about the car? also - do u know what theyre usually after if they try to break in? or are they jsut trying to steal the car? I'd love an r34.. but i reckon i'd be far too conscious of the safety of it when i go anywhere to be able to enjoy myself.. Whats so good about the Brant alarm system?

i'm not sure.. it'll be my car so where-ever i go i'll have to drive...i.e. if i'm going somewhere dodgy i cant drive another car.. i'm located in Kings Langley... suburb outta blacktown.. its a good area round here so i'm not too afraid of that. where are the problem spots than i should look out for? Yeah i'd definately be getting insurance.. and an alarm before any other mods.. but i'm not too sure which alarms are good..

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum.. long time reader but only just started posting.. i'm thinking about getting me an r34 GTT some time next year.. but i'd like to know what experiences you guys have had when leaving your car somewhere.. Coz i'd be shit scared to leave it anywhere.. How do you guys deal with something if it happens as well? and can you reccommend any good alarms or deterrent systems? Thanks.
