  1. mad082. I agree, but Mechanics don't lift a whole half-rail car from one point when it's on a hoist. They lift from all four corners.
  2. /Look in N/A performance section.
  3. You could contest it. But you'd lose.
  4. Being a patrol - big and heavy, swap the head. But if you just want EFI, just drop the RB25 motor in. Again - assuming it's a 25. Could be a 20. Ya didn't say what motor the EFI one was.
  5. Swap the EFI RB head onto the RB30. Assuming it is a petrol carby motor. Dunno much about patrols, RB30, RD30 motor? My mate has an RB25 Head on an RB30 is his GQ Patrol...
  6. Consider it sooooooold. :-D
  7. If you are reading this mate, can I actually come see the car tomorrow after work? I get off at four. I'm hooked now. Stupid GTR love..
  8. Exactly what I'm saying. Fate deals a cruel hand she does. But I love my little GTS-T. Mate, I hope someone snaps it up quick for you, and I hope I see an R32 GTR rolling around in hornsby. All the '33's are really p***ing me off! If it's still here in a week (which I doubt muchly) I assume I will succumb to the muneyz and buy it. So I'm pretty much a sure bet if you have it in a week. Goodluck mate.
  9. Good point. But GTR. LOL. Drop in RB30, put the 26 head on it. She'll be right. I could do all the mechanical work she needs myself without a single problem. Now I just have to not spend half my consolidation loan money. :-( So. Tempting. In parts she'd be worth more. (oops.. shouldn't have said that should I?)
  10. Um wait WHUT, I live in Hornsby and I just paid 8K for a GTS-T. When I could have had a GTR? OMFG. /Goodluck with the sale. EDIT: Sorry for the spam. But damn - this is a steal. Someone buy it and give it to me? pleeeease?
  11. I love my Naga in Eve. Sh!t for close combat has no tank.. at all. But damn, it's a glass cannon. 1400 dps @ 100km. In basic terms - that's like shooting a frog with a .50 Sniper - Pop goes the bullfrog. Sucks balls when rifters warp onto you. lol. Gotta blob and hope for the best. EVE is good fun if you can suffer the money grinding - initially mining yields the best money, but when you get to L3-4 missions, you can rake money in by the tens of millions for the mission, and salvage and loot can be upwards of 50m. I just prefer blobbing everyone in null at the moment, gets the lols and the angry "I'M GOING TO HUNT YOU AND KILL YOU, YOU G@# F%$#!!!11ELEVEN!!!!" But if spaceships aren't your thing you can always try need for speed world - gay physics, gay play, but kinda like a dumbed down (heaps) version of Underground - but with people.
  12. Pretty much body-wise how I want my Type M, but with black rims.
  13. Not sure if these have been posted before, but... I love R32's in white, even non GTR's look sexy in white I reckon. lol. Dunno, makes 'em look fatter in the bum.
  14. I have noooo clue. But to be properly tough - it needs more rear rubber. Has tiny rear wheels. lol
  15. Looks like a 3 grand parts replacement - minimum to get that back on the road. How much for the Engine + Loom + attached ancillaries?.
  16. Yeah, as Truffles said, even though R32's are getting rare - most of them are clapped out. I spent MONTHS looking for my R32. Outside it ain't perfect. But all rust has been repaired and has no collision damage or previous repairs. R32's were destroyed by the "Leb spec" phase. There is several ok looking GTR's going for 12 grand. A white one going around at the moment. Needs love - but damn, rego and a GTR title for 12K? Might be worth it with a little love. Cost a bit more to fix up than buying a GTR at 20k, but you'd be saving a GTR. That's how I see it anyway. lol Goodluck on finding an R32, I just took out a loan to consolidate all my debts in one hit so I can keep mine (Stupid medical bills.) So I guess that shows how much I love my clean '32. :-P
  17. I'd be pissing myself laughing if the jack suddenly dropped. (That's mean and horrible, I know, but damn, what a f***wit.) He's a frigging idiot - he should have jacked the cross member and put stands under it. My R32 has crushed sills because I can't get any jacks under under the front (too low for my ones at work), and it has minor surface rust. As everyone said, wire brush, goggles, Por50. If you have damaged sills at all, get a wood block and a decent weighted small hammer and straighten them by hitting the wood block against the sill, but don't force them - you don't wanna compromise the strength a sill is supposed to have. And as for the area that is bent in, again - wood block, lay it flat on the carpet above it (if the dent is into the floor inside) and give it a decent bloody hit. Problem solved. And no, the triple fold sills, independently are NOT meant to support that weight (especially of an R33.) Even on the Jig - we had the four sill clamps, and a jack under the front and rear crossing subframes. (probably all been said already by people above.) After all that it was starter motor wiring? wow. How long was he there for? The idiot should not have been under it with what appears to be a supercheap jack - or ANY jack for that matter, bar a screw clamp jack.
  18. Mine. :-) R32 Type M Stock. All mods are for handling with a full 3" exhaust. That's it. Does go hard for no reason though. lol Paid 7. Neat interior. minor paint peel. Mine came with a logbook and all aussie receipts too. Has new rear 1/4's too. :-D
  19. Exactly what Carni3 said. lol.
  20. The only bad part to eve is the fact it takes days to train skills. But PvP is mad fun. :-)
  21. The laws as I remember are 50KM from any form of public transport to qualify. And only if it is your only car, and then only if it is in your parents name. You wont get the exemption.
  22. Check your intake piping, could be gunked up, rough idle could involve your Air Flow Meter. Can't tell you for sure without looking myself though. But that's what was wrong with my '32 when it was idling like a twot.
  23. I am using BC BR Series coilovers, height and dampening adjustable. On road at the lowest dampening setting they are ok, a tad stiff, but in stock R32 seats you barely notice it. But mine have 8Kg front and 6Kg rear springs, and has some decent lowering and is a bit bumpy. but on the freeway it's a dream to drive. Corners tightly without any skittish behaviour too. Haven't used Tanabe's in anything. All my cars have had BC coilovers, and I like 'em. Each to their own though.
  24. Buy my BC Coilovers. :-P They are already set to "low fo sho!" lol
