  1. We think we have found it now, suspect its leaking from the front cover and as I drive it the airflow is pushing the stream back down the diff. for a crack to form that causes a leak would have meant the diff would be in several bits by now, especially where it is, its a thick peice of material there.
  2. You would see a stream from the breather if so..it literally starts where the arrow is

Leaking R35 GTR Front Differential Hey guys, Ive recently purchased my first GTR, its a 2010 model and my mechanic has found a small leak from the front diff...normally this wouldn't be a huge issue but we cant for the life of us find out where its coming from. The parts diagram I have attached shows where the leak originates from, none of the areas of the diff that have any kind of gasket or seal are wet, it seems to simply start out of nowhere and then run towards the diff snout, its been cleaned a couple of times and the leak comes back. If it was a crack or a break it would have demolished the diff case by now surely? Is it possible the aluminium housing has become porous? Any ideas/thoughts/experiences are appreciated

  7. all of the collars spin freely and thats them uncleaned...shocks are A1 Ill hit the threads with a wire wheel to clean off any corrosion from sitting around my carport for months if you buy them
