  2. rb25 afm's on mine with the PFC and 2530's . Car did run with rb25 afm's straight up but not well and was tilt trayed to the tuner . If your only looking for 300rwkw then they will have plently of headroom . pnblight on these forums only maxed his out at close to 500rwhp on his 33 GTR .
  3. 044 here as well which isn't noisy at all . Most noisy it gets is when you first turn the key and it primes up . Other then that can't hear it inside the car while driving it's only slightly noticable if you stand at the back of the car at idle .
  4. I side step at about 5800rpm's for 1.7 60ft'ers if you've got a good clutch and sticly tyres go even higher . I wouldn't waste my time slipping the clutch in a GTR depending on the clutch it will burn it up real quick and will slip for the rest of the run .
  5. Some people say there is a loss some people say that dynoing a GTR in 2wd or 4wd gets the same results . So what is the truth and maybe some dyno printouts would be nice to prove your theory .
  6. I've got 2530's on my GTR with stock cams and find 0/0 to be the best setting so far . I have adjustable cam wheels on the front of the motor but they were bought by the previous owner and he had them installed at a certain workshop in Sydney . When I became the owner of the car I first ran it up on a dyno and the results weren't very impressive at all 275rwkw @1.2bar and an outing to WSID proved even further that something was a miss . So being upset at this point and not knowing the reason for lack of power even though the motor proved to be healthy I let Ben and Eric from Bel garage loose on it and the main problem became evident both wheels had a great deal of advance . After they were pulled back to 0/0 Ben took it out for a tune of the power FC and basically now I'm making the same power as before at only 4500rpms . I have read and heard of other people getting good results with adj cam wheels on std cam rb26's but I can only go off what I've actually seen with my own eyes . Differen't ppl and workshops have differen't opinions with cam wheels and there settings.

  9. Been hanging for this since it was cancelled . We being soft at the moment and only putting the car on display in the show and shine as it's not yet ready to run much better numbers then the last outing . Will be good to see some hi-powered skylines doing there stuff .
  10. 11.7 is good for 115mph must have backed off at the top end ????. I've done 11.9@115mph and thats about as good a time as you would get with a 115mph trap that is driving the car to it's full potential . If you have 360kwaw on CRD's dyno in a r33 my guess is something under 125mph and no more which is hell quick for a car that is driven to and from the track in street trim . But hey hopefully you can prove me wrong and go 125mph+ .

  12. the roads were wet and it was spitting rain this was about 6isham it did fine up a few hours later here but by then it was too late . So is there another one on in august ?.

  14. We went out on the friday to spectate and got excited by the fact that you could let loose out on the track . So With an old set of rear wheels and my 4wd fuse in hand we ready to enter on the saturday but when I got up it was raining so we didn't bother . If there is another event on in August like mentioned? will certainly be entering and joining in with the skyline crew to show these v8 boys a thing or two .
  15. alittle birdie says that you can pick up a set of xforce dumps brand new from CRD for the great price of $450 . When I rang around some place were $650 :uhh:
  16. 2530's on mine @ 1.2bar with std dumps made 275rwkw@4500rpms on a 2wd dyno dynamics in shootout mode we didn't push any further cause the dyno showed the car leaning out big time which was later to be proved wrong so didn't get to do a full power run. I've got a set of xforce dump pipes (like hks copy's) here which are going on soon after looking at some standered one's they look very restrictive hopefully when we get around to pulling the turbo's off and bolting up these xforce one's will not only make more power but hopefully see full boost earlier on which is very important . If you have everything apart like you say then I would certainly upgrade the dumps as it's much easier to do so and it will be a bottleneck for the 2530's .
