The wheel could be used as is but I wouldn't recommend it, you would be better getting it fixed or sourcing a replacement. The wheels cost almost 4k new so even if you replaced one it would be a great deal!

Hey guys.. These are 19'inch Dazz Matiz 19x8 and 19x10 pcds are 114.3x5 with nuts, and caps on all 4 wheels. 1 of the 19 x 10's is quite badly damaged and given I have sold my Supra they are no good to me anymore. Not too sure about offset but they came off a Supra with the 4 pot brembo brake calipers and it cleared by a lot.
