  1. Yep that's the engine I had edit: sorry I didn't realise Neo and series 2 were different.
  2. The neo engine is the series 2 engine, just different terms although neo is the official one used by Nissan
  3. Hey guys! Recently my Skyline got written off in a car crash and just a day before my Splitfire coilpacks arrived in the mail so I didn't get a chance to put them into the car due to the crash. They're absolutely 100% unused, I haven't even opened the box yet. For those interested, make sure you check that these are compatible with your engine, they're suitable for the series 2 RB25 engine. Series 1 and 2 have different ignition systems do you don't want to get this wrong. I'm looking for $400 for them and I'm located in the Liverpool area in Sydney, NSW. Thanks everyone
  4. Alright, cheers mate
  5. Recently my Skyline got written off in a car crash (other driver at fault so all is good... mostly) and I had received in the mail just a day earlier my new Splitfire coilpacks and never got the opportunity to put them into the car. I'm having a bit of trouble selling them so I'm just wondering if anyone knows if they will work in my new car? The part number is SF-DIS-008 and they were for the series 2 RB25 engine. I currently drive a 2003 xr6 Falcon with the Barra 182 engine. I'd much prefer to sell the coilpacks but if it turns out I can maybe use them in the new car then I'd also be happy with that. Thanks in advance
  6. Oh that's awesome! Thanks again.
  7. Is that 400 each or for a set of 6? edit: nevermind, it's each. Thanks for the link, these seem much more appropriate.
  8. Hey guys and girls. I've got a 25GT (non-turbo), had it since October last year and things have been running beautifully up until the last couple of months. Back in the start of March I was getting pretty intense misfires which turned out to be because of a faulty coilpack, due to money issues at the time I couldn't afford to replace all 6 so I only replaced #5 (the faulty one) and kept on going from there. Yesterday I started getting misfires again, not as bad as they were before and generally only noticeable when the engine is pretty hot or around 10-15 mins or so of driving, even then they aren't as bad as before. I've run into a bit of money lately and just wanted some advice about coilpacks. I've heard that Splitfires are the way to go but since I haven't got a turbo I didn't know whether or not the difference is negligible or just straight up not worth the money I end up spending. Obviously if they just can't be beat I don't mind buying them since I can definitely afford to now, but if there are cheaper options available I'd prefer to buy them instead if the Splitfires will just be wasted in my engine. I'm not sure what information people will want before answering me but I'm happy to reply with whatever you need to know. Thanks!
