Hi guys, I am putting up for sale my 1990 Nissan R32 GTR The car is mechanically sound and recently just had a new engine put in as some of you would know. The car looks amazing for its ages and drives perfect. Hi guys, So first of I have been reading forums for days and can find anything that sounds the same. I have a R32 GTR, with Stock RB26DETT engine When driving it occasionally just dies in power, starts to shake then goes back on power. I feel it could only be Fuel or Spark as this is a new engine I have just ad put in it. It seems to happen more when the engine is heated up more like on freeway driving. Thanks Again guys.

Why does everyone say bottom end. I just had my bottom end done. Is it really that unlikely to be piston slap

He has told me its not a bottom end and had someone double check it

Everything else is new beside the oil pump because I have a jun one on order.

Hi guys, Just found out that my bottom end is fine and that the problem piston rattle.. my question to you guys which I cant find a answer for anywhere is how safe is it to drive with piston rattle. The engine is a fresh rebuild with old pistons and rods but everything else is pretty much new. its very faint sound to the car warms up then you can kind of hear it . oh and its in a R32 GTR with a RB26DETT Thanks all and if u have any questions ask me
