  1. depends how i drive, around 450ish ks went and spied that mega transformer last night............was worth waiting till 1:30am to see it turn at Gepps Cross (then chase it down to Addison Rd and get stuck behind it to Port Rd ). 3 hours sleep ftw

  4. yeah, can get HID kits at a good price. Let me know what colour temp / globe type and i'll get a price f**k me dead, talk about a blast from the past! How are ya fella?
  5. the stuff you need for your trailer you can actually hit up Steve Grant for was talkin to him today but if you do want globes n shiz for the 14, giv me a list
  6. cheap. its 700 bucks to do one on mum's astra. a lot of expense is in the wiring systems now, as they cant just scotchlok wires on anymore (with the advent of CANBUS systems that tell you a globe is out, fluids are low etc). also, anyone after any LED globes (as seen in my fourby's light fittings). im about to put an order in for some, so thought id ask beforehand. These are high quality 5050 SMD LED globes, most colours and globe types. Normally about 15 bucks a pair for globes Hook me a PM if theres something you're looking at

  16. so, i decided yesterday arvo itd be a great idea to go for a casual drive in the hills and see some mud was about time to get it dirty. came down the hill alright, followed the ruts. Then the challenge got set....get back UP first up was the "steamroller" made it look easy as piss, but then again he does have a locker Gus tried it out in the "Atari" Vitara. Got a respectable distance up but wasnt getting any further My turn.......like driving an RB20, flat to the boards, take no prisoners wasnt goin to let this hill beat me, so rolled back for another go gave up, as i was getting stuck in the very last bit of the rut and risked burying my diff in if i tried with any speed then the next guy attacks it.....gets to the same spot, but not to be beaten, moves one more rut to the right....shit tonne slipperier. Keeps going back for bites, until this pics dont show it well, but it was super steep and slick as. Used the first truck's winch, only to find the "cheap chinese copy" of a good winch wasnt sufficient...the end of the wire thats meant to be secured to the drum was just floating............so once tension was on it wouldnt pull Time to try mine out 3 hours later, god knows how many different pull angles, my winch rope bunched up and snagged, so we were destined to use only snatch straps to get out........bit of panel damage on the Maverick where it snagged on the tree on the low side, but we all got out Now to clean all the "gorilla snot" off Scandy......think i need a new sig pic now
