discovered 3 things in the last 48hrs 1. Vics are very courteous drivers on their highways / freeways (ie if you're coming off an entry ramp, they change lanes so u can get in) 2. Amber lights dont stay amber long at all (barely a second)..........so no more "plenty of green in that" calls over there 3. i need an intercooler on the patrol BADLY

indeed steve, hardest luck story was from the first photo. The guy who lived there lost his first house in the "white flat" fire 2 years ago. his son built the house for him so he had somewhere to live, and he's copped it again. He said to one of the guys i was working with "they sell houseboats on the murray yeah? might be time for me to buy one of them!" thats a "rural padmount" ground level transformer. only uses one phase from the 11kv system (the one cable coming into the "elbow" on the left). Produces 2 phases of 240v for consumer supply. This one WAS feeding 4 houses, but only 2 were left that could be safely re-energised by generators. Note, that was closed during the fire and normal operation, so shows how much heat there would have been

ITEM: S13 Coilovers Silk Road Section RMA-8 Coilovers with adjustable camber tops and base height adjustment. As far as i know, theyre a 7kg front and 5kg rear spring rate. They have been in my car, but only for rolling it around. Not seen any street / track work as yet. Reason for upgrading, getting something newer for my application Price: chasing $700 ONO. Note this is COILOVERS ONLY: NO HUBS, KNUCKLES OR LOWER CONTROL ARMS. merry christmas all. after the last couple of days, it doesnt feel like it. feeling for the 10 odd families who lost everything in the fire on wednesday at pt lincoln. flew out wed nite, and returned last nite to help the guys from the ETSA depot over there get power back on. some seriously lucky people, and some seriously unlucky people too

i was devo'd as soon as i had to fly out for work on wed nite and didnt get back till late last nite, but hey............at least i wasnt the only one to miss ya
