ah, last time i checked an "external" oil breather (with a filter id be assuming from dmonic's description) WAS defectable, as its crankcase gas escaping to atmosphere (rather than being recirculated through the inlet and exhaust system to be caught by the cat standard system goes from breathers to the EGR on the plenum to recirculate back into the system. even running a catch can is technically illegal unless it drains back into the inlet system one way or another

Front mount u might get away with Xenon globes may be an issue Exhaust - its gotta be below 90db so get tested beforehand just in case Coils will have to go. not allowed to be adjustable at all Swaybars will be fine Turbo may be an issue thats just my guess at reading this so far and hearing whats been going on lately
