  3. Ok I have large fmic, ems stinger 2 full after market computor, 3' exhaust from turbo, splitfire coil packs, blah blah. Im chasing at least 300rwhp. I want to know if this is possible on stock injectors and a gcg high flow? I rang them and they said there $1950 is that what everyone pays? Is their a cheaper way? Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.
  4. Ok Im looking into getting the gcg highflow turbo rated at 450hp for my rb25. Im just wondering what kind of power people are getting out of these and are they worth the money or should I just go for a gt series turbo? Also what is the average max power obtainable out of a set of rb25 standed injectors? I have searched and not really found a positive answer... Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks. :burnout: Ok I have large fmic, ems stinger 2 full after market computor, 3' exhaust from turbo, splitfire coil packs, blah blah. 7. Im about to buy a hks To4e turbo kit (the older style ones with the cast manifold) for my rb25 but I have not been able to find what kind of power I will be able to make and any info reguarding boost pressure, lag etc. Can anyone please help me out here as I need to know rather fast. front is .50 , rear is .48 is this big or small? Thanks.
  8. It does not increase engine wear. Plus u have no carbon buildup on pistons valves etc.
  9. Thanks for all the replies . U make a good point that no upgrade of injectors pumps etc is needed wich works out at nearly the price fo a gas setup. It would take a lot less than 150,000 kms to break even when u consider its $22 to fill the gas tank as compared to $55 for pulp. Either way Im going ahead with it as I know plenty of cars running good numbers on gas. The epa thing is a bonus, no need for a cat, charcoal canister, etc Also no dirty injectors fuel filters etc. In my eyes the benifits out weigh the negatives. :uh-huh:
  10. Whats the point of a catch can?
  11. Actually looking at a 10-15% gain in power. Will keep updated but I was just wondering if anyone has done it?
  12. Im converting my rb25 to straight gas and was just wondering if anyone else has done this or has heard of it being done? Also I need to know what the stock compression is on an rb25det. Any help much appreciated.
  13. Same here its the hard casing worn off the gears.
  14. how much power would this make on an rb25 ?? cheers.
  15. mate just go for the rb25det box and u should not have a problem
  16. yeah no doubt dont get me wrong they are good value for the price
  17. one the hard casing was worn off the gears the other just chewwed itself to pieces. They are equivelent in strength to an NA vl commodore weak as p*** behind an rb25
  18. The r32 box is weak as I went through a couple with 180rwkw best off converting to r33 box as for aussie cars that will handle 200+rwkw are you kidding Vl turbo, ss commodore etc
  19. I need an rb25det gearbox asap if anyone knows where i can get one that would be great.
