  3. Guys - to those of you who have pulled out of the event. You need to let me know ASAFP if you still want your room or not. There is a list of ppl waiting on rooms and I need to know if I can give them away or not. Thanks
  4. SAU VIC Annual General Meeting Food, Beer, Talks, People, Cars, Beer and laughs! These social meetings are divided into two parts, the first if your hungry is a meal from the bistro and a chance to have a chat with other members then the second is a short informal meeting. We use these meetings to give quick rundowns on past events with video's, pictures and stories etc, to address pressing matters, tell members what's happening behind the scenes and for discussion on upcoming events. It's all pretty relaxed and fun. This is a great opportunity for those of you who don't know too many members to come down and mix as new faces are always welcomed. Time - 8.00pm start, dinner from 6.30 ish Date - Tuesday 16 November 2010 Location - Bell's Hotel, 157 Moray St, South Melbourne (Cnr Moray St & Coventry St Melways Ref - 57, G1) We will be UPSTAIRS Note - This Pub is family friendly with an area set aside for us. There is plenty of seating (tables and chairs) and meals for all. Who is welcome - Everyone!!!!! Members, non-members, adults, kids, grandma's, Collingwood supporters, etc - anyone with an interest in the club is welcome to come along to these meetings MERCHANDISE - If anyone wants any merch brought along - PM Birds. DOOR PRIZES - This month we will be giving away 3 prizes. Each prize will consist of a $50 Shell fuel voucher plus a $25 Supercheap voucher. All prizes donated by SAU Victoria. AGM - We will go over the all the club financials etc for the last financial year. Hope to see you all there.

  7. Dave - the hotel is full, I cannot swap the rooms around. Ross's room has a double and a sofa bed though - so you guys can either share the double, or you can fight over who sleeps on the sofa bed
  8. Antony - you just nabbed the last room!!! Hotel is now fully booked. If anything changes with any of your bookings, please let me know ASAP!! If anyone else is still after rooms, let me know and I might be able to squeeze you in, if not, I can give you the number of a hotel that is 1 min walk from us.

I need to know: * nights staying * how many people * what bed configurations you need (ie twin, double etc) If you are coming by yourself, that's fine, just let me know and I will team you up with somebody else to share a room with. Let me know here, by email, by PM or by phone. The sooner you tell me, the easier you make it for me. *** NOTE - if the hotel books out, preference will be given to those staying both nights.     Yup L2S is what you require. Can take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks. If you need it by a certain date, just contact them and let them know. They are usaully pretty accommodating.
