Following DECA they will be available at next Tuesday's general meeting. Cost: $35 (members) or $50 (non-members) Note - no preordering, no reserving, no posting out this week or next.   9. Food, Beer, Talks, People, Cars, Beer and laughs! These social meetings are divided into two parts, the first if your hungry is a meal from the bistro and a chance to have a chat with other members then the second is a short informal meeting. We use these meetings to give quick rundowns on past events with video's, pictures and stories etc, to address pressing matters, tell members what's happening behind the scenes and for discussion on upcoming events. It's all pretty relaxed and fun. This is a great opportunity for those of you who don't know too many members to come down and mix as new faces are always welcomed. Time - 8.00pm start, dinner from 6.30 ish Date - Tuesday 17 August 2010 Location - Bell's Hotel, 157 Moray St, South Melbourne (Cnr Moray St & Coventry St Melways Ref - 57, G1) We will be UPSTAIRS Note - This Pub is family friendly with an area set aside for us. There is plenty of seating (tables and chairs) and meals for all. Who is welcome - Everyone!!!!! Members, non-members, adults, kids, grandma's, Collingwood supporters, etc - anyone with an interest in the club is welcome to come along to these meetings MERCHANDISE - Let me know if there is anything you would like me to bring along for you to look at. DOOR PRIZES - This month we will be giving away 3 prizes. Each prize will consist of a $50 fuel voucher plus a $25 Dan Murphy's voucher. All prizes donated by SAU Victoria. Hope to see you all there.

  13. Whoa kids - settle down. DECA is meant to be about fun and having a good time, & yes we've had to up the price, I assure it's not something we wanted to do, but rising costs to run the day meant it had to happen. Anyways... let's put these convos behind us and focus on having another awesome event!!! Hope to see as many of you up there as possible. Its great to see some new names on the list and also fantastic to see the return of some old blood - BRING IT ON!!! PS. Dave - if you and your crew are coming out for dinner etc, be sure to let me know so I can book extra seats for you guys

  15. Wynn - as stated in Martins first post, we need all officials at DECA by 8am on the Saturday morning. A day trip is defiantely doable, its completely your call.   22. OK I have again booked us a hotel in Shepp for the upcoming DECA. When: Fri 13 & Sat 14 August Where: Tirana Motor Inn Address: 33 -37 Wyndham St, Shepparton Website: (if you wanna have a look) http://www.tiranamotorinn.websyte.com.au/ Cost: $50 per person per night (if sharing) $85 per night to have a single person in a room by themselves If you would like a room, please let me know as soon as possible, they will want to release to the public whatever rooms we are not using in a few weeks. I need to know: * nights staying * how many people * what bed configurations you need (ie twin, double etc) If you are coming by yourself, that's fine, just let me know and I will team you up with somebody else to share a room with. Dinner is booked at 7pm at the old Taco Baz establishment - now called Not Just Mexican!! Let me know here, by email, by PM or by phone. The sooner you tell me, the easier you make it for me.
