Food, Beer, Talks, People, Cars, Beer and laughs! These social meetings are divided into two parts, the first if your hungry is a meal from the bistro and a chance to have a chat with other members then the second is a short informal meeting. We use these meetings to give quick rundowns on past events with video's, pictures and stories etc, to address pressing matters, tell members what's happening behind the scenes and for discussion on upcoming events. It's all pretty relaxed and fun. This is a great opportunity for those of you who don't know too many members to come down and mix as new faces are always welcomed. Time - 8.00pm start, dinner from 6.30 ish Date - Tuesday 18 May 2010 Location - Bell's Hotel, 157 Moray St, South Melbourne (Cnr Moray St & Coventry St Melways Ref - 57, G1) Note - This Pub is family friendly with an area set aside for us. There is plenty of seating (tables and chairs) and meals for all. Who is welcome - Everyone! MERCHANDISE - Let me know if there is anything you would like me to bring along for you to look at. MEMBERS DOOR PRIZE- This month we will again have 3 (that's right 3!!!) door prizes for our lucky members to win. Each prize is a $75 Shell Fuel Card. Hope to see you all there.

Micolour Sauvic Deca Motorkhana - Round 2 - Saturday 5th June 2010
Bec replied to Belsil80's topic in Archived Events
All event entry fees MUST be paid into our account before the event. If you are getting a license on the day, you MUST pay cash (& bring correct coin as I will not have change). Only exception is that you have the option to provide your credit card details on the CAMS form only. Hope this cleared it up for you -

CAMS is $100/12 months and you must have club membership with a CAMS affiliated club (I see you have SAU Vic members, so no problem). Link - http://cams.com.au/en/Development/Get%20In...ce%20Types.aspx You need to get the Level 2 Speed License AASA is $50/12 months Link - http://australianautosportalliance.com/aas...9&Itemid=45 You need the Club Racing License If you are able to arrange one before the day of the event, it makes your morning and my morning much easier. Id do it ASAP, and make sure you tell them you need it by the competition date. Otherwise, you can fill out a form and pay on the morning of the event. Regarding which license to get - its completely up to you and which events you plan on doing in the future. If you have any intention of going to Sandown or Phillip Island, they will only accept CAMS. If you are just planning on doing our DECA's and maybe a Winton, get AASA. Your call Hope this helps -
Fixed it for ya Bris!! Congrats Adam and Dan on winning Rookie and Snowy and Chris for taking our early modern. Awesome job by all 4 of you. Am hoping Smaug's efforts at being a tree hugger can be easily (& cheaply) fixed. See you all when you get home.

The quickest way is if you deposit the membership fee into our account and fill out the online membership form ASAP - http://www.sauvic.com.au/sauvic_app Also email Dave, our membership guy ([email protected]) advising him that you are hoping to attend the GOR Cruise so he can fasttrack it for you if you give him enough time. The quicker you start the process, the more chance of it being done before next weekend
