Yes Ant - it is currently being worked on and will be posted up as soon as its completed. Keep in mind we have to wait for the WRX Club to confirm that all the timing was "correct" before we can update the table and we are also currently knee deep in DECA

That's fine Dave - will just add an extra 7 on for dinner. Couple of spare seats wont hurt anyways. FYI everyone, the SAU server may be down for repairs at some stage over the next week. Leon - there is now a spare room as Dillon and his partner are no longer coming. Have sorted out A. Roney + mate with beds for both nights. Too easy Leigh - will remove you. Also, can you let me know how many of you there are? I need to know to add you all in for the dinner booking. Thanks

I could get them a room for the Saturday night easy, Friday night is the problem. The only way they could fit on Friday would be if Dillon and his partner were willing to share with Patrick and his friend on the Friday night. Room has a double (1 room) and 2 singles (seperate room) - Dillon, would this be OK??

Steve from NSW and if you dont know him, you'll get to make a new friend If someone else pulls out of a room/bed, I might do some reorganising anyways.

Have been able to chuck you and your friend in a room with a double and a sofa bed. Found you a room with a spare bed. Sharing with Steve-O. Hope this is OK.

If you are volunteering, we need you to be at DECA by 8am on the Saturday morning. Its completely up to you if you want to stay for the weekend, or even for just one night. If you need a bed for either, you'll need to let me know ASAP so I can try to squeeze you in somewhere

No kidding!!! Right now we have one spare bedroom on the Saturday night and that's it.

You pay the hotel directly when you check in. All good
