I can confirm 100% without a shadow of a doubt at Sandown you do not receive a fine. You get warned if you are over 75dba and given a chance to reduce the noise output. If you go out again and you are still over, then you get sent on your merry way

The license you will need is a CAMS Level 2 Speed (L2S) Make sure you always have proof of your current club membership when you use your CAMS license, as if you don't your license will not be accepted

I had SO MUCH fun this DECA!!! (despite being sick as a dog). Thanks to all the volunteers (the day wouldn't have run without you all), thanks Leon & Ryan for helping with all the organising, thanks to Kev for letting me and Sam race the work cars, thanks Penrite Oils for donating prizes for the top 3 placers this event and a HUGE thanks to our 2013 event sponsor Import Monster. So many funny stories from this weekend. The crew certainly stepped up to provide some "haha" moments.
