  2. Have updated the first post with people I have arranged rooms for. Also to note all rooms are actually $88 for 2 people - prices go up as you put more people in rooms.
  3. Keiran and Brendan - have put down your needs for rooms. Will be speaking to the owners 2moz after work to try and organise more rooms - will let you know ASAP. Liz - you wanna share with Juliette?? Will make life easier for both of you
  4. Got em both Wayne. Juliette - I have given you a room with 2 beds in case you can find someone to share with. If someone 'worthy' contacts me wanting a bed, ill let you know and you can decide if you want them or not AP, Chad and crew in the house!!!! (its gunna be messy) ALSO - im currently trying to negotiate more rooms to fit us all in, so if anyone else is thinking they want a room, please speak up ASAP. Ta

  8. Russ - you already have the room with the most beds in it - a Queen and 2 Singles. If you want I can see if they can put another bed in there for Dean - or find out if Matt's coming too and I'll just book them another room with 2 beds. & yes.... hopefully the chances are slim that we'll again be next door to crazy South Australian's who light fires and play rugby in their room till 4am!!! 'IF' by chance it happens again, we'll just sick Tim and Campbell onto them
  9. Ahhhhh - well that changes things. The rooms I have booked are for Friday and Saturday - its a package deal at the moment, both nights or no sale. Although I might know someone who just wants a bed on Friday night - lets chat on FB and we'll work it out.

  12. There will also be lots of SAU members competing in the WRX Day at Haunted Hills on the 29th of August. Entries will go up in the events section as soon as they are ready.
  13. Corona - over the weekend, Tim and Campbell (Russ' mates) put their hands up to help out as well, so put their names down for something - shove them together if you can
  14. The room with the double and 2 singles has already been allocated to one of the organisers and his friends anyways. Sorry. I dont know about the other hotels room configurations, you might be best to call them.

All bookings are coming through me this time, so let me know how many people etc and I will allocate you a room. Once the Tudor is full, people will need to call across the road to book a room. If youre looking for a friend to share a room with, post your interest here - im sure there will be others in the same boat and im going to try and squeeze as many of us in at the Tudor as I can.   18. Just advising you all there are 2 updates to the motorsport dates this year: Round 6: Haunted Hills - is now on Saturday 29 August Round 7: Calder - has now been finalised as Sunday 20 September I think ive edited the dates everywhere

These social meetings are divided into two parts, the first if your hungry is a meal from the bistro and a chance to have a chat with other members then the second is a short informal meeting. We use these meetings to give quick rundowns on past events with video's, pictures and stories etc, to address pressing matters, tell members what's happening behind the scenes and for discussion on upcoming events. It's all pretty relaxed and fun. This is a great opportunity for those of you who don't know too many members to come down and mix as new faces are always welcomed. Time - 8.00pm (Dinner from 7.00pmish) Date - Tuesday 21 July 2009 Location - Bell's Hotel, 157 Moray St, South Melbourne (Cnr Moray St & Coventry St Melways Ref - 57, G1) Note - This Pub is family friendly with an area set aside for us. There is plenty of seating (tables and chairs) and meals for all. Who is welcome - Everyone! MERCHANDISE- ALL Merchandise will be available for sale at this meeting. Come see me. SAU Polo Shirts (both colours in all sizes). CALENDARS As most of you will now be aware, SAU Vic produced 2009 Calendars. All current SAU Vic members will receive a free copy if collected. Come along to the meeting and pick up your copy if you haven't already received one. GUEST SPEAKER- Guest speaker this month is CTEK. They make high end battery chargers. CTEK will be giving roughly a 30min talk on their products and all associated. They will also be giving away 2 of their high end battery charges for free. HOODIES - The newly designed SAU Vic hoody will again be available for sale at this meeting. Come along and grab yours. Hope to see you all there.

  22. If anyone needs clarification on anything unclear in the supp regs, you will need to contact the motorsport director of the WRX Club - this event is run by them and they set the rules. His name is Justin and you can get him on [email protected] Just avoids anyone here giving you incorrect info and then you being disappointed on teh day - best to get the answer straight from the horses mouth.

When you call, please make sure you say you are with BEC PRETTY - im trying to get us all a discount, so if you dont say your with my group, we may not get it (also this way we might all get put near each other)
