Food, Beer, Talks, People, Cars, Beer and laughs! These social meetings are divided into two parts, the first if your hungry is a meal from the bistro and a chance to have a chat with other members then the second is a short informal meeting. We use these meetings to give quick rundowns on past events with video's, pictures and stories etc, to address pressing matters, tell members what's happening behind the scenes and for discussion on upcoming events. It's all pretty relaxed and fun. This is a great opportunity for those of you who don't know too many members to come down and mix as new faces are always welcomed. There is plenty of seating (tables and chairs) and meals for all. Who is welcome - Everyone! MERCHANDISE - ALL Merchandise will be available for sale at this meeting. Come see me. PRESENTATIONS We will be presenting our Motorsport Championship, DECA and Show N Shine trophies and prizes at this meeting. DOOR PRIZE- Every SAU Vic member in attendance will go into a draw to win a $50 Village Cinemas gift card, kindly donated by SAU Victoria. You MUST be present to win. Looks like everyone had a great day - makes all the hours spent organising it worth it!! Committee elections will not take place on the night, they will be held as usual in early 2009. Just a reminder about accommodation people. Thew few rooms I have left on reserve are being taken off me at 3pm today - there is nothing else I can do to keep them any longer. SO.... if you need a bed - contact ME ASAP!!!! As of this afternoon, youll all be on your own, I wont be able to help anymore

If your not fussed, then just search the yellow pages for panel shops in your local area and pick one. Im sure they'll all do the same job and you'll get it in somewhere close to home. Problem solved.

UPDATE - have secured 5 more rooms They dont like holding them for me though as its so busy up there that weekend. Please guys - I cant stress enough - If you need a room, contact me ASAFP - If i dont get names next to these rooms, the hotels will take them back
