well, undo the hose clamps on that little section of pipe that runs across the top, pull all the lines off it and put different coloured tape round them so you know where they go. And undo the bolts that mount it to the motor, its not that hard, but those hoses can feel hard to get off because they havent come off before, just pull on them and twist at the same time... works for me. You need a allen key to undo the plastic cover. I would also recommend if you havent done so before, pull the bov off and clean it (in either petrol/solvent or one of those degreasers - but I hate the idea of washing my bov out with water to clean out the degreaser) and another simple job it to pull the throttle body off and give her a clean, just again use petrol or some good solvent and a toothbrush and you should be able to bring her up sparkling. Both the bov and the TB have a gasket between them and the surface they are mounted too, try not to damage them too much - they are fairly tough so I doubt you will have problems.
