  4. I had a mate take me for a run in his gtst with a heap of work done too it and I fell in love, he smoked 1st, 2nd and 3rd and i couldn't believe it, so here I am with my series 2 Sumo
  5. I assume the rb31det is a rb30 bottom end with either a rb25 or rb26 head and a touch of oversizing the bores?
  6. I have no exp. first hand - im a textbook expert (forums are my textbook) but I would go with the rb25 turbo, as I would have thought it would have been less laggy, because I have read in threads of ppl with rb25's upgrading the turbo for a vg30 item to make more power. IIRC they are making 220-230rwkw's on rb25's with the vg30 turbos, where as your rb25 turbo will max out at 180 - 200rwkw. Sumo

  9. i have the same setup, 245/45/17 on the front and 255/40/17 on the back and have no worries. Just dont do what i did and get ripped off for a pair of bridgy S03's 255/40/17 ($450 ea.) I thought he quoted me the price on the pair - not each. :bonk:
  10. wolf 3d is an aftermarket computer for your car, im only taking a stab in the dark, but I would think they would be worth >$2k installed and tuned. Sumo
  11. I will own one when they come down to mid 20's price Sumo
  12. I am only going by what ive read as i've never encounterd these problems first hand, but im told the engine stalling and missing whilst hot can be due to a faulty crank angle sensor. But the picture you are giving - it may also be the air flow meter. I would try disconnecting the battery and resetting the computer first (after disconnection, push the brake pedal) then go and look for the above two items.
