Terry.m: I recommend Shell Fully Synthetic Diff oil.... awesome shit and it will quiten the diff down (did for me). It costs $24.95 a litre, but you only change the oil in the diff every 50,000kms or so.... So I think its well worth it.

  8. Johnny, I got mine from Phil at direct imported, give him an emai at [email protected]... Or PM him, his name is PRIMO on these forums. The clutch is also on an exchange basis, I honestly couldn't tell you any details like clamping pressure etc. Cheers Sumo
  9. Yeah, R33's are a bit heavier and cruisier.. Sumo
  10. I love my Daiken Exedy Oraganic clutch.... I paid $450 for it - but I here you can get it cheaper... its a 500hp rated clutch Sumo
  11. i washed and reoiled mine .... works well..... Finer Filters sell a blue coloured oil specifically for it. Sumo
  12. the cut i get is a boost cut.. computer controlled. My EBC is spastic in the way it works, I can never seem to get boost stable. And when I get up too 5000 rpm thats where I get the cut. like I can run 10 PSI (on the manifold gauge) but cant hold it at that over 5k rpm before the computer retards the timing and cuts your power.
  13. Joel: most Auto matic Transmission fluids would be fine
  14. I bought from Phil of www.directimported.com.au His nick on this forum is PRIMO He is great to deal with Sumo
  15. JimX: we dropped the box out of a R33 and we used a pit, I know for sure now that me and my mate struggled when the box come out.... It was one big heavy bitch. I reckon trying to hold it whilst laying down would be harder... Sumo
  16. bling, but sexy!
  17. "the front side indictators arnt there by factory" I just had a look at 4 R33 pics of cars in japan, and they all have indicators above the GT badge....
  18. ahh ok, well if I were you, I would buy a metall buffing wheel for your angle grinder or drill (the angle grinder is faster and better) that will lift any scabs that are left on the surface. Sumo
  19. Busky, your best bet would be to take a line off down near the box itself like doctor said. Sumo
  20. Any more pics man?? I showed my mate the bathurst pic and he busted a nut over his monitor. plz send them too [email protected]
  21. You must be made of money man Sumo
  22. Well, I wasn't sure you could get a paint with a high enough temp resistance..... The ceramic coating looks the best. Or you could fibreglass wrap it..... Sumo
  23. It looks pretty straight forward mate, Im going to do the same thing soon, as my P/S resivoir is leaking. I think one of the hoses has a split in it. Looks like your a type of bloke thats willing to pull apart and learn as you go, I say go for it..... Have a look for the lowest point in the lines or if there is a bung in the bottom of the P/S motor itself. Like I say, It should be pretty straight forward. Sumo
  24. Yeah, well im thinking im going to leave mine getting looked at untill I get a 3" dump + Cat
  25. Yeah, the computer has a boost cut.... thats what you would be hitting.
