  1. I have a gauge installed permanently on the line. It points to 3 bar of fuel pressure more or less.

  3. Hi guys. My car looks like having electrical problems. I hope you guys can give me some advises as I don't know what to check next. Spec: Stock MAF Stock injector Stock ECU Stock coil stock ignitor stock harness Stock BOV Tomei stroker bottom end Good compression good oil pressure no fluid leak at all. (Maybe an air leak however) Fuel pressure is perfect as it got new fuel pump and regulator. I can hear the topfeed injectors clicking. Loud as hell indeed. All plugs are fouled but still make proper spark as checked visually. The exhaust has some marks of unburnt fuel. Even the bumper got some fuel stains. The car will not run properly. First few times I start it it revs fine all the way to 4000rpm. But I must hold the pedal slightly to let it idle or it will rev lower and lower then die on its own. Then it will get harder and harder to start and then won't start at all. I don't have a consult port so I used the PFC to check sensor and everything appeared to me in check. Nothing out of spec and all sensors got voltage. Then I swapped stock ecu back and used a paperclip to check the stock ECU and after trying to start it shows up a code 21 (or 12? It's two slow pulses and one fast pulse) More weird stuff....after the car stalls when I step on the accelerator pedal it seems its activating fuel pump for a split second... I don't know where to check. I don't know what's going on.
  4. Hi. Want to get some advices from you guys. Video here http://youtu.be/1C9CZL4Thus I took out the cluster and change LED bulbs and did nothing else. After I put back the cluster this starts happen. I check Power FC which shows the correct 0 rpm. It does it even I took the ecu out and put the key in ignition. I know this appears straight up as a ground issue but where exactly should I check? Plan A: I know on the back of the cluster "TAM" is the line that goes to the ECU tach output. My plan is the splice that wire and hook a terminal at "TAM" directly but I don't want to do anything potentially stupid yet. Any help or opinion is appreciated
  5. Still no luck, but just realize a problem... The gas in the tank has been sitting for 7 months...meaning old gas...will it prevent my car from starting?

  7. Thank you!!!!! One more question...if I want to set my base pressure at 4 bar...for whatever reason it is, I use the flow rate and battery voltage deadtime data at 4 bar in the chart and my car should run the same?
  8. I see...which scale should I use? I mean which fuel pressure scale? Injector dynamic provide all the scales for different fuel pressure
  9. Hi guys! My name is Joey and I am from Canada. I have a BCNR33 and have just done a few modifications to my car and it has running issue.... Specification: RB26 stock head stock cam Tomei 2.8 stroker kit bottom end Injector Dynamic 1000cc + injector resistor pack deleted Ebay twin entry fuel rail + stainless braided hoses Tomei intank fuel pump + Type L regulator Apexi' power FC + datalogit Stock AFM Stock turbo Autobahn88 intercooler Stock recir BOV The engine was rebuilt about 500km ago and have good compression, if not perfect. Timing should be perfect as I never touch it I have replumbed the fuel line myself and it gets very good and stable fuel pressure So right now I am using a default setting on my FC and I set the injector to 44.4% and +.228ms. The car has difficulty starting and eventually it can idle at about 400~450 rpm and my wideband shows about 12.8 during it's idling. When I step on the throttle it stalls. So right now I don't know what to do.....I would hate to remove all the work I did and revert back to the stock ECU and stock injector..... I would like to know what I should start checking or what could be wrong? Can it be my spark plug gap? but then it can sort of run..... Really really really appreciate anyone input into my sitaution!
