I'm about to go pick up another R34 GTT from the docks.
I need to get it inspected while I'm in the city and to pass inspection in Canada you need DOT tires which the car doesn't have.
I got a good deal on some ASA JH8 rims with DOT tires mounted that I'm going to take with me when I go to pick up the car.
I'm worried that they'll rub too bad to pass inspection.
The car is on Tein lowering springs, stock struts. The wheels are 18x8.5 +30 225/45 front 18x9.5+35 245/45 rear.
Can anyone give me some assurance that I'll be able to get around without too much rubbing? I'm thinking that 45 is too tall.
Thanks!
